I ordered a Christmas gift for my 3 year old granddaughter on 11-16-2017. The money was deducted from my bank account on 11/17/2019. I have not received the item. Not only that when I look at the tracking the item has not even arrived in the USA as if today 12/19/2019. This Company uses a front to lead its customers to believe it is in Texas but it is really just and international scam. I e-mailed them a week ago and emailed back 3 days later that it was on its way. I have already re-purchased the item on Amazon(which I received in 3 days). Do not use this company. They are a total scam.

I ordered November 15th! I still haven’t received it!! The website says orders will be shipped 2 to 7 days from the warehouse in Carrollton Texas. I checked on the status of my order and it says it’s being shipped from China! Never ever will I order from this so called company again!!

Placed a $89 order on November 10th. Have not received anything. Have been demanding a refund for the past 3 weeks. I have received 2 emails telling me my order is in route. When I check the routing number it says waiting on items. Can't get a hold of a live person ever, can't leave a message. All my scathing post I put on their FB page conveniently have disappeared. Bogus company.

I ordered a necklace a month ago for my granddaughter said 2to7 days delivered. I not got it it's been over a month I tried to call #no one available voicemail full. Email 2 times no reply. Do Not Order Anything Of This Company. It's A scam

Wish I could post a zero review! Tracking number is bogus. I received email stating package was delivered to Abington, PA. I live inTN. Do not order from this company!

Wish there was a zero stars. Don’t waste your money. Ordered November 12 and still have not received anything.

I agree with other reviewers and I should have read them before I ordered. Original order was placed on November 6, for the next month whenever i would check my tracking number it always said the same thing "preparing shipment". It finally arrived on December 14th and not surprisingly one of the four items was the wrong color. I won't return it as I probably wouldn't get it back in time but lesson learned! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE ORDERING.

Bought their pressure washer sand blaster and it broke on first attempt to use. It’s very poorly made and not worth anything. BUYER BEWARE!
Getting the run around from company saying only A 30 DAY WARRANTY....from the date shipped. Took 2 weeks to arrive from China. Scam. Scam. Scam.

ordered a beared straightener a month and a half ago and have still yet to receive it and I'm a barber so very disapointing

Bought a t-shirt from this company...i have emailed, filed a complaint through PayPal, returned item with a signature required and still nothing!!!! They do not supply a phone number to contact them on and they never answer emails.......STEER CLEAR of this company...do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!

What more can I add? Another one-star review, that's what. This place has anti-customer service, as in non-existent. Paid for my order through PayPal and contacted them three times about my shipping status. I ordered my items two weeks before I needed it for a party; they took nine days to get it out the door. Needless to say, I didn't get it in time. Filed a case with PayPal. Their only response was to post the tracking information. The item itself finally arrived and it's pretty great. But not getting it in time with zero feedback is unacceptable in this day and age of eCommerce. Avoid!

I ordered a hair straighter a week ago and I'm only now reading these bad reviews. I want a refund now why is this company not delivering items and when they get delivered they are damaged reply passion shop.

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would give. We did receive our order, a scratch off map of the world (that you can note what countries you've travelled to). However, it arrived with water damage and crinkled. The company agreed to replace... still waiting after 9 months. Save your $$$.

My purchase did not arrive back at the end of last year.
This was for several Christmas Presents.
I send numerous emails and finally got a reply. They said they would send it again at no cost. But still nothing has arrived.
I have now sent several more emails and they do not reply.
Very bad service!

It is now June and still no Christmas presents for my extended family.

Item was damaged because packaging was completely inadequate. On Dec. 23, they said they would send a replacement. It's now May 10 and I still haven't received it. They also haven't answered any follow-up emails regarding this. I would give them a zero star if that was an option.

I received my first order (after a long wait) and when the product finally arrived it was badly damaged. I contacted customer service back in January and was assured they would send a new one. However it is four months later and i still do not have it. I tried contacting them again, but this time did not get a response

Ordered an Aries necklace I really liked off their website back in July 2017 and I just checked my emails and realized I never received the damn item. Forgot I even ordered it after so long since I never got it. That's what, 8 months since I ordered?

They don't even have a phone number to contact them at. Major red flag I should've realized when I ordered.

They literally have the to claim that they're partnered with The Water Project and humanitarian projects on their Social Mission tab and talk about the crisis going on in third world countries and how a portion of their profits goes toward these causes. What a great way to get more people to scam from. Hahahahahahahaha.

The fact that the tracking # I got can't be found anywhere in any major shipping services system tells me there are major problems with this so-called company. They don't even tell you what company they shipped through, just link one of those sites that supposedly tracks all companies and they give you a plain old number. Fake tracking data. I've seen it plenty. Suspicious yet? Scam alert.

My last tracking update was on 08/08/17 that says ''Item Arrived To Destination Country''. Yeah. You already know it didn't.

Only reason I'm not asking for a refund or claiming fraud is because they don't reply and I'm not gonna go back like a year and go through all the trouble just to dispute a small charge of $5 with my bank. That just makes me petty as fudge.

Passion Shop ? Rename your fraud factory.
