I already paid but still did not get map. I think I got scammed and lost my $. What to do to report them or get my money back?

Order Nov it's mid Feb still waiting. Was so excited as seemed like the perfect gift for my retired in laws. The customer service was appalling. Would be interested in class action law suit just on principle. I dont have any bad habits and definitely not in the habit of giving away money. I asked for better tracking info and refund. All my specific requests have gone unanswered. They offered me on a discount on another purchase which was so offensive plus the link didn't even work. Liars and thieves. Total scam. Disappointed, frustrated.

I ordered two scratch off world maps just after thanksgiving. 12/18/17 I sent my first email inquiring about my order and received a brief email response, “you must the full 8 weeks delivery period.” I was hoping to get this item before Christmas and requested a refund. However, they said item had already been “shipped” so I was out of luck. It is now 2/8/2018 and I have yet to receive a single item from this company. I have sent multiple emails since without any help from FRED at Support. Fred sent me a link with a “verified” delivery link (his words). But I haven’t receive anything and there aren’t any items at the post office waiting for me. As of right now, I have yet to receive a response back or any help from support to rectify the situation.

I’ve reported this business to the BBB and now I’m here on trust pilot. If you paid for your order through PayPal I recommend filing a claims dispute with PayPal as well. Hopefully I can help keep others from getting scammed too.

I ordered a scratch off world map December 3 and never received it. Was only to track it to the United states. They answered my first 2 emails and said i needed to wait the full 8 weeks before they would do anything. The next time I emailed them at the 8 week mark they requested my address that i had already provided. I resent my address and then never heard back from them. Very shady company. I would never order anything from them again

I ordered two maps from Passion Shop on dec 20 and never received anything. I tried to get in touch with the Shop online to check the status of my order and got no replies. I hope I’m wrong but it does feel like I’ve been tricked by a fraudulent operation.

I place an order on September 12 and have not received it. I don't think I will ever receive it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my maps on November 17th. They are still not here! The tracking information is useless. DO NOT use this company. They are a complete rip off, total scam. They have stopped replying to my emails and of course, no contact number.

I had a terrible online shopping experience ever on this website. They sent me a damaged super cheap world map after 5 weeks and they charged me 29 $ for that. When I complained and ask for a refund, they got back to me with so many nonsenses and excuses with delay. Please don't fall into their trap. They have shiny kinda advertisements on Instagram. It's all rubbish!

This is a scam with a terrible company with no actual refund policy. I ordered the scratch-off map as a gift to be mailed directly to an address in Canada on October 7th, 2017. It never arrived, I never received a refund, and they will not answer me back. I keep writing them for my money back and they don't answer anymore. They conveniently only have an email address and no real customer service number.

Same as the others - misleadingly advertised map as a Christmas gift and so I ordered it several weeks before Christmas only to find out about their ridiculous policy of 8 weeks to ship. The tracking was useless because it stopped well before being delivered and I found out (after scouring their website and getting a crap answer from their customer service) that they won't take responsibility if the package never arrives. I'd like to say luckily mine finally arrived, except that after all those weeks it was destroyed because it wasn't properly packaged. And it looks NOTHING like advertised. It's tiny, cheap and has none of the detail from the ad. After sending pictures and an irate email, they "graciously" offered to send another one (another 8 weeks and still crap) rather than refund. This company should be shut down.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I order a product (a scratchable map) about 2 weeks BEFORE Christmas. When purchasing, the site stated it would arrive before Christmas. Well, about 4 days before Christmas I realized I still haven't received the item and the tracking link I was sent, didn't work, so I contacted customer service. I received a response quickly stating they just shipped the product the day prior to their response. I was furious. I requested for them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They declined stating that the product was already sent and I would have to wait. It took another few weeks for the damn product came. The map was packaged in flimsy plastic and upon opening it, it was damaged all over. I contacted customer service again requesting another refund. They took no responsibility for their poor packaging of a delicate item and then requested 3 photos to prove the damage. It has been two days and I'm still waiting for a response and refund. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

My order came in three parts, with the most expensive items not arrived, as of 8+ weeks post ordering (November 21). The web site gives different terms about estimated delivery than the customer service responses by email. There is NO customer service, only template responses with directions to an incomprehensible tracking system. I wish I had read the reviews here prior to ordering.

I ordered 3 maps, all as Christmas gifts on 11/23/17. By Dec 3, I sent my first email asking if there was any tracking, still thinking I would be able to give these as gifts. I recieved an email saying "don't worry, you will get your items!", then a follow up email stating they have shipped and a tracking number. Per tracking, it arrived in SF on 12/11. And didn't update until Jan 8th (I decided to check today). I sent a second email only to get a response stating per their shipping standard it's 12-40 business days. Certaintly would not have ordered if I HAD KNOWN that.
This company is garabe. They have until 1/30/18 before I go to my bank..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM if you want to see your items; ever, or anytime in the next 3 months.

I bought a scratch-map as well. The site is a complete scam. The reviews are all fake. And the advertising was false on every level. God will judge the righteous and the wicked.

I so wish I had seen these reviews before I blew my money 7 weeks ago, after getting scammed by ads for 'Premium Scratch Off Map" in my facebook newsfeed! Same experience as others with them responding to my increasingly irate emails about missing out on Christmas gift delivery time by telling me it was local delivery agents issue, & was my legal responsibility to be aware of their refund policy, and a dodgy tracking device that says it's been in Australia for 2 weeks ( but no sight of it here) and them offering me a 15% discount off my next order hahahahhahahahahaha. I’d give zero stars if possible, this “business” is terrible. I ordered from them on 12/11, still do not have my order, which was a Christmas present. Their tracking is awful- all I know is my order is in the United States and has been out for delivery for 3 days. I’ve emailed them twice both times I received an auto reply. They are just the worst!

TERRIBLE!!!!! Don't use them. Located in China. They will tell you that your item shipped when it has not. And they'll keep telling you that. Ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 20. It's now Dec. 27 and still nothing. Wish I would've check them out before ordering from an that was on Instagram. I've learned my lesson!

Do not use this company. They do not take responsibility for delivery of products they sell, and they do not respond to customer service inquiries.

Never disclosed that the item would take 3-8 weeks for delivery up front nor did they disclose it was coming from outside the US. Item was ordered for Christmas and will not arrive on time. Company is very flippant stating the info is in their shipping policy (in fine print). Rip off alert! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Disappointed with the product when it eventually arrived (I bought two). My son has one of these scratch off maps which is far superior, larger and more detailed to include all the countries in Europe which are missing on this poor quality version.

Total waste of money - no refund policy and they are heading to the bin!
