Stay away from this company!

We booked and paid a horse riding tour outside Jerez for 15 pax.
Prior to the tour the tour operator informed us that they had to cancel because of illness.
I've since tried to sned 4(!!) seperate emails to get a refund. NO reply.
Ive spent more than 2 hours on the phone to their service line but nobody picks up. For 1 hour straight I'm informed that I'm "First in line".
This has happened twice now.

If it wasn't for all the other reviews here, I would think that this is a fake company.
I want my refund Yumping!!!

After countless emails, phone calls to several different people at Yumping, they still refuse to pay back my refund. Why? I have no clue. The activity was cancelled outside of my control.
I've seriously never had a more unproffessional customer experience in my life.
Fortunately the European Consumer Centre has agreed to pursue this case on my behalf so Yumping will not only have to pay me back, but most probably a hefty fine aswell.
Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from this company.

Booked horseback riding for family. Called the company they have never had affiliation with them.
Sons birthday ruined, hundreds out of pocket, day of my life wasted chasing credit card company trying to get refund.

What a great experience. I recently booked a diving experience. The advisor was really helpful and assisted me in sorting out a couple of issues with dates and times. I highly recommend this firm if you are looking to book travel excursions.

Had some problems with my diving booking but the person I spoke to called Salva really helped and sorted for me. Was kind and patient with me. Great experience overall

I tried to book a dolphin tour with yumping on the 26th of september. I called the phone number in the booking to talk with the tour provider. They didn't know about any tours since the only give tours starting in october. Tried to rech Yumping via phone, mail and the contact form on their website. No answers no chance to get my money back. 230 Euros down the drain.

I had booked a hot air balloon flight. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to difficult weather conditions. Salvatore from Yumping handled my refund request and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Great service and very friendly communication from Salvatore. I will book again.

I made a reservation through Yumping's website for a jet ski in Progreso, Yucatán. When I contacted the number to find out the time and meeting point, they told me they didn't have a jet ski and that I should contact Yumping directly. I emailed them directly through their website and to their Info and Booking emails, but they didn't answer. If anyone on the Yumping team sees this, please help me!

Terrible, booked our experience with a company that stopped working with yumping 3 years before. We turned up on time to the company and they had no record of our booking. They have failed to process our refund despite us sending all the evidence.

Booked a Paragliding for my daughter's birthday and her friend as part of a planned holiday.
These people couldn't even tell me the time, on the day of the event they told me the weather's bad. I asked if we can we book any upcoming day, they didn't respond.

I booked through yumping.com, who refuse to refund or even respond to my e-mails or their cancellations form.

Took my money, provided 0 service, do not respond to any cancellation or refund requests. It's been almost 2 weeks.

We had booked an abseiling adventure, but this was impossible to do because or a rockfall. The whole adventure had to be cancelled, and we got a full refund issued by a guy from Yumping called Salvatore.

I booked a SUP yoga class for when I was in Formentera, nobody showed up and when I contacted the company who were supposed to be running the session they said I should’ve been able to book as they haven’t been running the sessions for over a year!!!
I managed to get in touch with Yumping on instagram and they gave me a full refund!!! So I have changed my original 1 star review to a 3 star review!!!

Price guarantee with yumping is so supportive and helpful . Could not fault them in any way 👍👍

SCAM alert!!

I purchased £380 worth of paragliding lessons in Ireland. The organizer seemed to be unfamiliar with Yumping, but naively I didn't think much of it. On the day, we had to cancel due to weather. Then, due to poor health of my father (for which paragliding lesson was gift for him and me), I requested refund from Yumping.

They made some bs excuse as why they could not refund me directly, so instead "credited" me £380 worth of yumping vouchers.

It's been almost 2 months since I was promised the voucher credit and STILL have not been able to use them.

big scam. Paid for 2 different activities. they said we needed to make contact with the park itself and they said they dont do those activities. All positive reviews are fake and bs saying the staff is great and what not. nothing of this is real. Dont give your money to them.

This is a scam! This site does not work together with the organization that provides the activity. We booked a rafting trip but got sent to a park that does not even organize this. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I booked (and paid for) kayak hire in Chester in the UK. I received a prompt confirmation email telling me all was good but the contact details provided for the kayak provider were invalid. The person I spoke to said he had not been involved in Kayak hire for years.
Yumping did not reply to my emails and I could not find a contact number.

Do not use this platform! They took money from me for an activity that did not take place. The horse trek I chose was shown online as available and the site accepted my payment and reservation. After that, Raquel from Raquel telephoned me from Yumping to say that the activity was not available after all, even though payment had been taken, and that she was booking me onto an alternative trek. The activity was scheduled for the following day so the booking was made in a hurry. However, that night, the instructor rudely refused to tell me by phone what time the activity would be the next day, making it impossible to plan the 1.5 hour journey. It became clear that we had been booked on a ride that demanded a higher level of skill and experience than we have, making the activity unsafe, and that the location and timing was not suitable. First thing in the morning, I cancelled the booking directly with the instructor, who agreed the activity would be unsafe and approved the cancellation. At the same time, I emailed Yumping and tried to telephone as well without success. Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact for refund. I have phoned, emailed, phoned again and emailed again etc, without result. This company is a third-party platform only interested in getting payment from you. They do not care for your safety or wellbeing and are not even interested in whether you have accessed the activity you have paid for. Avoid!!!!
