Zalando + Celeritas = disaster

It is unbelievable that Zalando continues to use Celeritas as its logistics partner - Celeritas being the most feckless, lying, disgustingly irresponsible delivery company. Yet again, their delivery person indicated that there was nobody at my home to deliver the package, when I work from home and had been expecting the delivery all day. Absolutely disgusting.

I don’t even want to write a review…

I don’t even want to write a review after seeing how many one stars do they have here. Delivery has been delayed, and then, after I got the “delivered” status in email, they told me at the service point that they don’t have my order. “Help” section in app is a waste of time, now it seems like I’ll receive my order way later than expected. They gave me a 10% discount but it’s not something that resolves my problem, especially because I don’t think I’m ordering again

I made one purchase on Zalando

I made one purchase on Zalando. But the product didn’t have the right size, so I requested return. Received the email confirmation that carrier will come to take the package. But no one came in two weeks afterwards I called to the company partner which is called Celeritas, a lady at the phone told me that next Monday someone will come to take back the package and guess what? No one came. I repeated the call that had zero result.
My next step was to call to Zalando directly that costed me money as my operator does not support this phone service. Operator told me that someone will come from celeritas, and again nothing…
Week ago I wrote in the book of complaints on Zalando app. Received email “We are sorry….blah…blah..the carrier will come to take your package on 30 of January”
Today is already 1st of February….no one came.
It seems that they’re just laughing at me.
Don’t know what to do.

Service has become TERRIBLE.

Well, well… I see I’m not the only one. I’m a long customer of Zalando, have been buying from them for years. However, I’ve noticed a decline on their service, especially with their deliveries. It’s beginning to take AGES. They are always late, and on top of that, sometimes even return my packages by mistake (this happened to me last week when the order was one week late…and then all of a sudden, it was returned without any notice). Like what the actual f. I’ve had to order everything again, and even though the package was meant to be arriving today, it appears that it hasn’t even been sent yet! Never again. Bye bye Zalando, you used to be amazing, but i’ve lost my patience (and trust) on you.

I was concerned with all the negative…

I was concerned with all the negative reviews but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised - my delivery reference number was incorrect for Correos and I emailed Zalando and received a quick response - and the correct delivery reference number with DHL was sent to me. My advice is to check global tracking ‘parcelsapp.com’ if your tracking number is non-existent and it will give you the correct courier (Correos, DHL etc). Am super happy with the product and it arrived on time.

AVOID this company as the PEST. THIEVES AND LIARS

I returned some items and i have received only a partial refund. Some products for the amount of 355 euros have never been refunded and their answer was simply we have never received the items so we will not refund goodbye. I even sent them a detailed explanation trying to let them see the weight discrepancy of about 2kg of products refunded vs products returned and they just copy - paste previous answers or just stop replying. I even sent them photos of the parcel with the items inside and they kept the same attitude. So not only I have been robbed by these thieves but also they are implicitly pointing I am a liar. I reported them to the authorities and the european customer agency hopefully they will rectify in the future. I will also mention that this is not the first time it happened that someone from the warehouse of zalando stole the products. The customer service is not existing with poor people receiving sub low salaries. I dearly advice all people to stop buying from this company hopefully they will declare bankruptcy soon that is what I hope so all the horrible employees and managers can be on the street as they deserve

I've encountered significant issues returning a 400-euro purchase. Each scheduled pickup has proven to be a scam, with blocked calls and unanswered emails. My money is gone, and the situation needs urgent attention. A prompt resolution is non-negotiable.

I've had enough

I've had enough. I've been trying to return items worth 400 euros, but every scheduled pickup turns out to be a complete scam. Blocking my number and ignoring emails won't make this go away. You've taken my money, and it's time to fix this. I demand a resolution NOW.

Terrible support service

For the third time in a row, my goods have not been delivered. The post office says Zalando is giving the wrong address. I've written to support for the sixth time, but they haven't solved the problem. Every time they tell me to place a new order if I want to receive the goods. But every time the delivery error is repeated. I will try other sites, they are not customer-oriented at all.

THEY lost some of my returned items and won't refund me

I'm a long-time and regular Zalando buyer. I order (too) often and spend literally thousands in their shop every year.

Recently, I returned a parcel with various articles like I often do. In the process, 2 items simply got "missing" (a couple of pairs of heavy boots from the same model in different colors, that I didn't like).

Despite many back and forth emails and an official claim I did return said items, Zalando insisted they could not refund me. Because out of me, the carrier and the Zalando employees, it's just obvious I'm the one who either didn't realise I never returned said items (...) or worse: I'm lying, and a thief. It cannot possibly be due to a human error somewhere else....

The boots weren't super expensive btw, and as I said I buy at Zalando constantly so this assessment of the situation and of my bad faith makes no sense. I'm super disappointed.

Wrong size sent

Very confused and upset with Zalando. I ordered three pairs of jeans in sizes 36. I then received one pair of the jeans in 34. The other two were cancelled apparently without me knowing so I had to contact Zalando and they said something happened on the way? Then when I told them that I have received the wrong size they answered

"On the other hand, regarding the item you received, actually that was the size you ordered, but the size that appears on the label of the garment is "34" as it is the manufacturer's size. Anyway, if it doesn't fit you, you can return it and we will refund the money you paid.

If you want to reorder the pants that you received in the size that you desire, you should buy the one with the "38" size"

So now they are blaming me? I am so confused and upset

I used Zalando for few years now and I just noticed a fast declined since middle of this year. The customer service is appalling. The people working there have just awful manners. The spanish one is terrible. There is not even a possibility to do a complaint. I stopped using it now.

Misleading brand names !I bought a bag…

Misleading brand names !I bought a bag Valentino thinking that is a designer bag.On the description was never mentioned that is not .When I received it was poorly packed and it was written Mario Valentino.This is absolutely misleading and I would never buy a Mario Valentino bag .I paid that price because it was written everywhere Valentino bags.I wrote to the European consumer protection organization and will deposit an official complain for misleading brand advertising.
