The worst online sopping store ever

The worst online sopping store ever if I could give them minus a star I would
This people never care about customers
Never was honest. I have requested an order since 20 days and I never receive it until now. Every day I write more than emails and call Zalando or the shipping company (celeritas) The two are worse than each other. Never again and I will put that in all social media

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. I asked for a refund & was told I wouldn’t get it until they received the item.Finally they agreed to refund me & I would get confirmation by email , that email never came ! I feel as if I’ve been scammed!

Terrible company with a terrible delivery and customer service.

Terrible company with a terrible delivery and customer service. You cannot claim to be an online shop and then use unreliable delivery companies, send wrong tracking numbers, and then not reply for multiple business days when your clients are trying to locate their packages. I don't care about no discount vouchers you made me stay at home, use my holidays for me to wait for the delivery driver, just for the delivery driver not to arrive. I then could not modify the delivery, and could not access tracking because they gave me a wrong tracking number, and could not modify the delivery date and location. When trying to contact them, all I received was a comment saying they will try to resolve it in the coming business days. Then days later I receive a notification that my package is being sent back to the sender???? I mean cmo'n, get your shiet together Zalando

Refuse to refund returned items

Regular scam, happening to hundreds of people! I sent an order back for £214. They received the parcel back but didn't send any correspondence. After chasing my refund, they refused to help me until I completed a legal document. After literally begging and chasing, zalando then informed me that my refund has been rejected because 'the item wasn't in the parcel' shocked and appalled, I immediately requested more information but they refuse to advise further. 
I have photographic proof I dropped my parcel to evri the parcel shop with the item inside but zalando refuse to refund me and now ignore my emails. Looking truspilot and Instagram, this is happening to numerous people worldwide! the issue / scam is far greater than it appears and it’s spreading by the day.

It’s not safe to buy from this company! If you’ve had issues like this, it’s fraud. Please report to Action Fraud, citizens advise, trading standards and share your story on social media

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Sent me the wrong size shoe and I stupidly didn't check before going on hols and couldnt work out why the shoes rubbed me and gave me blisters after wearing them on a walk. When I tried them at home they felt ok but it's not until you walk any distance you realise. When I stopped in a cafe during the walk I checked the size to make sure and the shoes were the wrong size too small Zalando refused to reimburse me so that I could purchase the correct size from them. They said the item was not defective or damaged and I should have sent them back unused immediately. Silly me for expecting them to send the correct size in the first place. Beware other buyers.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT use this company.

MY order has taken weeks to arrive - they have offered no compensation - The product was faulty and the package had a large hole in it. They are refusing to refund me for this.

Absolutely shocking - I am trying to make a formal complaint to the company - but they are ignoring every request.

Zalando is terrible!!!!…

Zalando is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I made a purchase over three weeks ago and the money for the order was taken immediately. Initially the courier Celeritas stated that they attempted delivery which they did not as I work at home.

On advice from Zalando, I changed the address to a delivery point and still no updates. I have contacted Zalando twice to get my money back as I just want to put this experience behind me and on both occasions they have refused to issue a refund and asked me to wait another week! It is approaching a month since I made the order. I strongly advise against buying anything from Zalando as their courier is terrible and the customer service is even worse. Now I have to work out how I can actually get my money back! I am sure they will ask me to wait another week when I contact them next week!

Reliable online store

I have placed a few orders now with Zalando ES and am very happy with the delivery time frames and update notifications on delivery. I did have to return an order where the wrong colour of shoes were sent (directly by the shop, not Zalando), and found the process very easy, as well as the refund being made promptly. Based on my few experiences I would recommend this online store.

They have the worst delivery company…

They have the worst delivery company working for them. An absolute scam, parcels get lost, you WILL NOT be able to get hold of the delivery company, they have no phone, no live chat, only an email that they will not reply to and a form that you get no response to. The communication between Zalando and the delivery company is a s*** show. Please do not buy in Zalando if you really want to get hone what you are purchasing, spend a little more on another website but al least you guarantee yourself that you will get your item! My parcel left the warehouse on the 30th December, still no sign and zalando has confirmed that they assume the package is lost.

Terrible experience in delivery and customer service

Terrible experience not only about the delivery but also with the customer service. I waited for 2 weeks to get my purchase and after that, not only I did not get it but also it was sent back without my consent nor knowledge. They offer a 15% discount in the next order? Is it a joke? Not the first time I had trouble with the delivery. I will never shop again. Be also very careful if you have to return anything… it is a nightmare.

awful service
shocking company, ordered boots for 179.95 euros on the 23rd september 2022, haven't received anything, 10 days later after i contact them they claim my address is wrong yet i've received many packages before from them, they couldn't even bother to phone me to check my address, I had to constantly contact them and am still waiting for my money back on the 6th october, basically a third party shoddy operator of a company

The quality of their service is decreasing a lot

I've always loved Zalando. Nevertheless, the last orders I made, were both returned without any explanation until almost 3 weeks later. I think their service is not the same as it was some years ago. Very disappointed. They have awful transportation partners like celeritas.
