    Zanda is easy to use and to charge clients without any hassle. Once a credit card is on file you don't have t continually ask for it. There's a lot to learn for all the things Zanda can do for you. Something new all the time.

    Zanda makes my life much easier

    Zanda makes my life much easier, it sends out emails and SMS reminders, I don't have clients not showing up because they get a reminder 24 hours prior to their appointment, it works really well. Everything I need is covered by the portal, I would totally recommend it to health professionals.

    When it works its great. When it doesn't it's a disaster.

    When it works its great.

    When it doesn't work, there's a very poorly designed chatbot to deal with which will happily allow you to do all the tech's trouble shooting for them, collating screenshots and version numbers and error codes, followed by a quick message to send all that separately via an email (after you've done the work, not before, as if you don't have enough to do when you're clinic software isn't working).

    Then, you'll wait 1-2 hours to get a human who will take you through all the troubleshooting steps (again) that the chat bot did.

    Lo and behold, nothing changes, you continue pushing through because, imagine you have a business to run using the software which is presently not working until bang.. it magically works again, while the support staff tell you they didn't do anything, so it must be all in your head.

    This is despite the error logs of your browser, which you never even knew existed prior to becoming Zanda's trouble shooting staff by proxy (with well under market rate compensation mind you, IE ZERO), showing an issue which a simple Google search demonstrates is on the developer (ie ZANDA's) end, not your computer.

    Hi Ivan, Thank you for taking the time to share this - and for staying engaged with us over a long period, even when your experience has been frustrating.
    We acknowledge that this isn’t the first time you’ve raised concerns, and that history matters. When issues feel recurring - whether around platform reliability, communication, or how feedback is handled - it understandably erodes trust and we’re very sorry for the cumulative frustration this has caused.
    Since your earlier feedback, both the product and the way we handle escalations have continued to evolve. That doesn’t undo your experience - but it does mean we’re actively trying to address the underlying problems you’ve highlighted over time, not just the most recent one.
    Following your recent communication, a senior manager worked with you directly to reset how the investigation was handled. This included a dedicated call outside standard hours and a deeper technical review of the browser error logs you provided. That investigation identified a conflict caused by third-party antivirus software modifying web traffic on the device, which led your browser to intermittently block required application files. We advised on using a different software, which is better aligned with modern web-based platforms and doesn’t cause issues with Zanda and other software.
    While this points to a device-level interaction rather than a fault within Zanda itself, it does not invalidate how disruptive and exhausting the experience felt. The feedback you have provided has been escalated internally and is being used to improve how complex issues like these are handled in the future.
    For your situation though, we’re happy that everything is working as expected and you now have a clear, direct escalation path and agreed diagnostics in place should anything reoccur, so you’re not forced to start from scratch again.
    We appreciate you being candid -even when feedback is uncomfortable, it helps highlight where trust can break down and where we should do better, not just technically, but in how we listen, communicate, and respond.

    Zanda Tops Them All

    Zanda is the best Practice Management software that I have used; having trialed several others. It is very user-friendly, & technical support is readily available. It is very easy to navigate this system.

    I’ve used PowerDiary then Zanda for many years. The platform has grown and stayed current, streamlining the admin and business parts of my work. When I’ve needed tech support it has always been easy to contact Zanda and responded to efficiently. Diary, payment, notes, ai note taking, zoom, online record keeping, business stats, talks to bookkeeping systems, integrated mail & text systems, great customer service & so much more.

    No admin stress anymore!

    I moved from Govt health to private practice and was overwhelmed with setting up and running admin in a professional practical ethical and easy way, I tried two other brands then a friend said Zanda. It is brilliant. Not only easy to use, but everything is adjustable to fit my needs and their customer service help is wonderful! They are also accredited with privacy legislation and data security. It’s made the bit about psychology which I don’t like - the admin - way less stressful. thank you!

    Great counselling management tool

    Over the past year Zanda has proven a great tool for managing my counselling practice. I love its Zoom integration. I’ve greatly benefited from their private and secure AI note-taking tools to remove friction and help overcome my perfectionism with client note-taking. Their customer service has also been excellent. Further Zanda is being continually improved and practitioner feedback is welcome and often influences the roadmap of new features.

    Customizability

    Zanda allows a great deal of customization of the client portal including time available on the calendar, what services are available to be scheduled, whether new clients can create an account, what client tasks can show on the portal, and many other details.

    The software allows sending links of forms to be completed online which populate into the software when completed. You can use the stock client forms or create customized ones.

    Zanda recently restructured their pricing to be based on the cumulative amount of appointments that are scheduled. This change was very welcome as my practice is still small and having lower overhead fits my budget better.
