It looks good at first, but they change things far too often and the changes have always led to a period of being unable to work. The support is also very slow to respond so you can be left floundering for a long while.
Find a better system as once you start and are in it is very hard to leave and switch to another software - in another clinic I use cheaper and more reliable software

Switching to Zanda has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. Their service was exceptional from start to finish — professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They made the transition from my previous practice management software remarkably smooth, even with the large amount of data that needed to be transferred. The process was seamless, and within a month I was operating as if I’d always used Zanda. The Zanda Academy was also an invaluable resource for getting up to speed quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — they’ve made managing my practice simpler, faster, and more enjoyable.

I've been using Zanda for some time now, and it's an incredibly logical and user-friendly system. One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it integrates with Medicare, being able to lodge rebate claims directly through the system is a huge time-saver.
The support team at Zanda is excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I also really appreciate how the Zanda team is constantly improving the platform, keeping up with technological changes, and offering genuinely useful webinars to help users get the most out of the system.
While there are a few minor irritants (like not being able to switch off Americanised spelling in communication templates), these are small issues in an otherwise fantastic product.
Zanda has become an essential part of my workflow and I wouldn’t use anything else.

I enjoy using Zanda, it's easy to use and has really great features which makes my admin more bearable. I like that Zanda is an honest business and always pick up on any errors before I have, reimbursing or correcting flaws and notifying us.

I have used Zanda now for 3 years.
It is very easy to use. Intuitive functions. Good record filing. Easy to follow billing and account summaries.
It has proved very reliable as a cloud application. Now issues with crashing. Connects and loads seamlessly on the Mac and with M365.

Zanda is easy to use and understand. It lets me put in my personal appointments as well as a link to my website for anyone wishing to book. There is a also a trial period should you wish to try before you buy.

I use Zanda for my self-pay services, as well as a telehealth platform. It is pretty intuitive and user-friendly but there are lots of videos and support available if I need them so that is always nice to know. As my practice hopefully grows I will probably use Zanda for more of the tools it has but for now it is meeting me where I am at business-wise and that is very beneficial for me.

I have been using Zanda for 6 months, and it's been very helpful! I like it because it's an all-in-one software where I can manage my bookings and calendar, revenue, invoices, client information and progress notes all in one place. It helps me stay organized and on-top of the admin work in my therapy practice. It was fairly intuitive to learn and I had plenty of support with my client data transfer. Plus it's not too visually overwhelming, and the help centre is a great resource. I'm a satisfied customer.

I used to work for another practice who used Zanda as their software, so when I started my own practice it felt like an easy choice. I expected to take a while to set up the back-end but it really hasn't been too complicated or time consuming at all. In those few cases that I've had an issue with the software it's usually always been my own error, but nonetheless I've received prompt and professional support to fix it. No system is perfect but Zanda is pretty close and it's obvious the founders and their team care about making practices easier and more satisfying to run.

I’ve been using Zanda for a few years now, and it has been an excellent tool in supporting my work as a sole practitioner. It significantly streamlines administrative tasks, saving valuable time through features like automated text messaging, appointment confirmation emails, and the ability to share important educational resources directly with patients. The integrated waitlist function is also very useful for managing bookings efficiently.
More recently, I’ve found the new AI Refine feature to be a helpful addition, offering even more support in optimizing patient communications. I haven’t yet tried the AI Transcription feature, as it comes at an additional cost, but it’s promising to see Zanda continuing to expand its capabilities.

Easy to access tool, really helpful videos and instructions on how to do all aspects of my psychology practice. Great support and resource!
Slightly slow / delayed movement between pages eg.when moving between calendar and new clients, but very tolerable.
Would love a feature to be able to update all service fees without having to edit each individually.

As a sole practitioner, the software database has saved a lot of valuable time and simplified things. Tracking sessions and maintaining Medicare compliance, writing GP letters and ease of communication with clients. In particular the seamless interface with stripe is a big time saver and the free pro zoom sessions are very useful to me.

A great platform for clinicians and clients!
The Zanda platform is great, providing tailored options for clinics. This includes how they communicate with their client base via email templates and automation set up.
Access from clients to an online portal, where they can check appointments and invoices. Again all options can be controlled and tailored by the clinc.
Further to this Zanda adapt and listen, always on hand for direct support and are open to ideas, where you can detail an option and if viable this can and will be supported.
They complete regular informative webinars to help drive the use of the platform and are always progressively moving forward with their client base.
I have used many platforms in varying industries and I think Zanda is the most intuitive, with options to personalise and allow clarity for both clinicians and clients alike.
I highly recommend this health care system. It makes our clinic seamless and adapt to the needs of the business!
