Great prices for game servers and VPS, very helpful support and good UI (you know how hard it is to make clear and tidy UI?)

3 days and courting to activate a…
3 days and counting to activate a simple game server even though they advertise "Server instant online"
3hr response times. You can pay for speedier ticket response. That should have been a red flag.
"Our Canada nodes are currently fully utilized, so the setup of your game server there is still waiting for free resources."
They are selling server space they don't have resources for.
They do not refund they offer zap points towards other products.
They count the non-working days against your subscription time.
I will never recommend this company for hosting anything.

While most game servers are available instantly, in rare cases certain locations (such as our Canada nodes) can temporarily be fully utilized, which can delay the automatic provisioning until resources become available. We understand how frustrating this is, especially when you expect immediate activation.
Regarding response times, we always aim to reply as quickly as possible to all users. Priority Support is an optional add-on for time critical cases, but it does not affect the quality of support provided.
Concerning refunds and compensation, this depends on the specific product type and service status. In many cases, compensation is provided in the form of account credit, which can be used for other services or a refund depending on the situation. However, we are happy to review your case individually.
If your service was unavailable for an extended period, please contact us directly at feedback@zap-hosting.com so we can check the situation and find a fair solution.
