Shady refund practices
Service was ok. Fast.
My issue is they did not meet my needs and i cancelled my order within 24 minutes of ordering it. They offer a revoke where they will not give you the refund but credit your account, fair, however, their cancellation fee was the total of the refund. Awful.

need to buy 2 servers to play dst (master-cave)
i buy for play dont starve together but wth. Why do I need to pay for 2 servers to enjoy the game, 1 for 'master' and 1 for 'caves'? This is a kind of deceiving customers. while the other vendor just needs to pay for 1 server. The refund is terrible. it refund as a point instead of money while I cancel after buying 15 minutes.

DO NOT BUY HERE, I was scammed of my money.
After finding out, that the ARK Server did not work on playstation (which was never stated anywhere), i asked the support to cancel the server immediatly.
I thought this was then done, but a month later i see that i paid for the server AGAIN, even though I havent used it a single time, and also asked the customer service to cancel the subscription and server.

System bug witch then they put you into det and unable to get anything
Back in 23.10.2024 I was contacted by the team at Zap hosting letting me know if a bug witch I got a product for cheaper when it was not meant, I then was placed in negative zap coins because of this and they expecting me to put it off when its not my fault.
I wish I went to a different provider now, being this is really not far on me when it was there own system fault. I will not be buying any other product through zap hosting,
