Great, reliable service. Cargo bike delivery makes it eco friendly and better for the world. We usually use
Zedify whenever we have local deliveries. Their staffs are polite, friendly and handle the bouquet of flowers with care.
We wish they would deliver to more postcodes other than the local one as we love using them.

EDIT: Just spoke to someone from Zedify and they couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic. They have taken the complaint on board and are going to be making sure it shouldn't happen again. extra two stars for that alone, not many companies will bother to follow up.
If I could give zero stars I would. I watched the driver walk up to my building door…he didn’t buzz and then suddenly a picture on the website of my front door saying he can’t get access. Day two, his gps is now off and he has been 45 mins away for two hours now. Disgusting and disrespectful

hooray for cheerful and competent couriers
After a spate of frustrating incidents with Royal Mail/ Evri etc where couriers have hastily dumped parcels so they get stolen, i was pleasantly surprised to receive a phonecall from a lovely zedify courier who was waiting patiently at my door to hand over my Zara order. Have never heard of this company before so wanted to add some good reviews to the below. Great experience!

Cannot track a parcel with them
Cannot track a parcel with them. Saw they attempted to deliver a parcel, left NO missed delivery note. Received NO email from them with updates. Did not attempt to leave parcel with an neighbour. Parcel did not require a signature. Utter rubbish! Had I not seen this on my camera I would have had no idea any attempt was made. Website is useless, no where to track, only contact someone via an online chat.

Southampton City Council has used Zedify for the last 9 months to deliver the resources needed to promote cycling and walking to community groups and schools across the city. The service has been fantastic, the resources have been well looked after and delivered on time, the Zedify delivery couriers have been flexible, helpful and polite and friendly to staff, volunteers and organisations.
