Great device! I do wish the inside had a bit more room so my retainers aren’t partially stacked on each other. Other than that, I love it!👍

I bought the Dental Pod Pro in May 2026. It developed a fault while still inside the
12-month warranty.

Over the course of the claim I received 16 emails, each requesting further information,
with no resolution offered at any point. I abandoned the claim because the time cost
exceeded the value of the product.

I'd have no issue recommending the device itself. I can't recommend buying from a
company whose warranty process is this attritional.

I'm very happy with the DentalPod. After every cleaning, my mouthguard feels as fresh as it did the day I received it. Plus, the DentalPod is very compact, which makes it easy to carry around.

What made my experience great was the help that I received from Zima Dental Support Team. They were so dedicated to making everything right! I had purchased a bundle, and there was a delay with Pro Pod being shipped separately. I reached out to the team and their response was immediate and they were accommodating in every way.

Dental Pod is a great product, and remarkably quiet for an ultrasonic device.

However, if you keep it in a bathroom cabinet, filling and emptying it can be a bit of a hassle. That's why I've reordered the Dental Pod Pro!

I’ve invested a lot of money in my oral health and hygiene so extending that to the care of my retainers was a no brained once I learned about Zima! In the same 5 minutes it takes for me to floss and brush, my retainers become perfectly clean like brand new and I know there won’t be any gunk getting between my retainers and my gums and teeth.

Bought a cheaper version which only lasted a couple of weeks, and did not come close to cleaning like this one. I love it...but my mouth guard is the winner here.

I got an email saying my order was placed. I also do not remember subscribing for refills and I knew I wouldn't because we were moving. I also tried to go online to cancel future subscriptions and even though in there FAQ section they give you a step by step instruction- the problem is there is NO link or option to cancel. You can modify, skip, edit in a bunch of other ways but no option to cancel. There is also no chat option or phone number you can call for customer service. You can email but all you get is an automatic response saying there is a high volume of inquiries. This company seems like a scam and it's unfortunate because unlike many others, we actually like the product and do use ours. But I would never buy from them again.

Having used a Zima pod for 11 months it unfortunately experienced an issue with the power supply. The company’s customer service among the best I’ve experienced. Offered replacement or 80% discount on an upgraded model which I accepted. Follow up emails regarding progress of the order. Excellent service all round and really pleased with the upgraded model

I’ve only been using my dental pod pro and UV case for a short while, but am enjoying the convenience of the case and simplicity of the pod. Customer service were quick to respond and adapt to some concerns. Delivery was slow, but would definitely recommend.

Purchased to clean a guard that I use daily. It has greatly helped. Their site is easy to use.

My clear retainer had gotten extremely clouded, nothing I did would clean it up. After maybe 5 treatments, it has cleared up and I am very happy to use it again...I use it after each use in the evening...
I also used it to clean a gold chain and ring, both came up sparkling!!!!
I would highly recommend!!

Zima Dental comes with the cleaning tablets. I noticed the first time I used it how well my teeth felt …really clean and no after taste. I recommend anyone who has false teeth to purchase this product.

The pod is great - easy to use and you do get a sense that your oral device is clean. Over the years I've had many night mouth guards and have always struggled to keep them clean. My current one is no exception and the polymer used to make it tends to turn it from white to orange even with daily manual cleaning. The Zima pod is definitely making a difference. I am really happy I bought it. Love the choice of colours too!

I received my new travel Zima dental pod right before I went on a trip. I love it! The rechargeable pod is easy to use without having to find a convenient plug and it's compact and easy to pack. Makes it so much easier to have truly clean retainers on the road.
