We have bought 2 of your electric folding bikes. One for the uk and the other stays at our campsite in France.
We have found the bikes to be very reliable, have an excellent range and easily foldable to fit in the back of a car.
Recently we snapped one of the peddles and contacted the company. They offered to post a replacement straight away. No question of out of guarantee, how did it snap or send proof of purchase.. just sorry to hear this and a replacement will be sent immediately!

After more than a year
After more than a year, my bike had been working perfectly. Recently I noticed that the sensor had randomly stopped working. When I checked it, I saw that it was damaged.
I tried to find the sensor on the shop’s website but couldn’t locate it, so I contacted support. Tom replied quickly—great service! Without any questions, she simply asked for my shipping address and sent a replacement.

Perfect customer service
We had lost a small part from our child's Zinc scooter. I looked on the website for a replacement, but couldn't find it on there. So I emailed to see if they had the part to order. They offered to send the replacement part for free.
Communication was great and the part arrived very quickly. I have given 5 stars for this review. But if I could give more, I would. I very highly rate their customer service.

Excellent customer service. My son’s scooter is nearly 2 years old and a nut holding the wheel on came off and was lost. Customer services responded quickly and sent a replacement nut via next day courier. Cannot fault them.

Turns out it wasn’t a technical issue-it was me who didn’t know how to work the trike for my grandson!

I ordered 2 suitcases from Zinc. 1 was perfect, however the other was faulty. I contacted them via email over the Xmas period. They dealt with the matter swiftly. I was advised to return the item free of charge and within a week, they sent out another suitcase. Friendly customer service and I would definitely recommend!

I ordered a scooter for my Daughter as a Christmas present it was meant to be delivered via yodel but unfortunately it got lost, contacted zinc via email to explain,they kept in contact & issued a full refund, I'm very happy on how the situation was dealt with, would highly recommend.

Great customer service. I had a fault with my scooter which I didn't buy direct from Zinc. They talked me through the potential faults, even sending me a replacement throttle for free to check the issue. All fixed now. Great to be able to deal with someone in the UK!
