I don’t know the story behind the negative comments but they are bull as far as I’m concerned! Something smells fishy about them.
I got my Widex aids from them and they hooked me up with a great local fitter who has taken excellent care of me ever since. They also saved me $1000.00 over what I was quoted by local audiologists I consulted before I found them. To tell the truth, I can’t remember how I found them! (I’m 83 and I’m not sure what I had for supper!) All I can say is they are a first-rate outfit and Jeff took great care of me after too many years of competition shooting and my squad car siren (retired big-city cop) wrecking my high-frequency hearing.
Ignore the negative stuff.

A friend bought a set of phonak hearing aides and told me about the two chip technology and was really happy with there performance. I was researching them online and happened on to Zip hearing. I called and discussed them with Derrick Pirkey of Zip hearing. He walked me through the process and and answered all my questions. I bought the top of the line phonaks and ended up saving $2800 on the pair over what my long time audiologist would sell them for!

I should have known better than to fall for the lowest price on the internet! Sadly, I helped my mother get hearing aids from these people and have had nothing but problems. There's no one to go see or deal with in person...once the trial period ended so did the service

I didn't have a good experience. I did some browsing online and made the mistake of putting my phone number in, a requirement just to SEE the price. Now these people won't stop calling me, driving me crazy, because they just switch numbers when you block one. I won't make that mistake again!

I found Mr. Derrick Pirkey to be one of the best consumer sales persons I have ever dealt with. If ZipHearing has all sales persons like Mr. Pirkey, I suspect their business will do very well. He is extremely responsive (within minutes). He is very professional, polite, and mostly, knowledgeable. I did get an exceptional discount from the company over local ENT's but the review is mostly because of my customer service experience with Mr. Pirkey.

After seeing and trying several Audiologists and hearing Aids, I struck gold with ZipHearing! First and foremost they provided several YouTube Reviews which provided the education I needed to make a much better decision about what I needed. I went to see their recommended audiologist and got a much better price. Thanks ZipHearing!!

I was at my local audiologist to purchase hearing aids. Their price quote was $6300. I asked if there was any wiggle room and they said absolutely not; the partners set the price. With that information, we shook hands and I walked out without purchasing them.
I did some research online and luckily, I found Zip hearing and dealt with Derrick Pirkey. I had some questions by phone and email and he was able to explain the process to me, and he saved me about $1500 off the price by going through Zip Hearing. This was the way to go.

So happy I found ZipHearing. Grant was professional and fulfilled his commitments, including the 45-day trial to get the best hearing aids for me. Wish there would have been a ZipHearing 18 years ago when I bought my Oticon Deltas and later my Resounds. I was hesitant to start with the hearing aids and then get the hearing test and fitting later but their choice for local audiologist was outstanding as well. You will save money if you deal with ZipHearing!

To say I'm a careful consumer is an understatement. I thoroughly researched providers and hearing aids before making a decision, and I can confidently report that the Oticon 1 was the best choice and ZipHearing was the best provider. Grant was superb with service and advice. Certainly worthy of every one of those five stars.

I’d give 10 Stars if able, 5 isn’t enough! I dealt with a very nice fellow named Grant who was most informative and helpful. My local provider that Zip paired me with was also stellar. The process was smooth and seamless. I tried two aids from different mfg and then made my selection thereof. I would highly recommend Zip Hearing and should I need aids again I would surly use them. I saved $1,600.00 vs my local multi-office provider who wouldn’t or
couldn’t match Zip’s price point. Zips’ awesome so give them your business and save yourself some money.

This company should be a model for all companies. Communication was prompt and explanations were clear. If I called, it was answered immediately, and if not, I was called back very quickly. The whole process was explained clearly, and I can’t think of anyway it could’ve been better.

Not only was the communication and the process seamless, I got an incredible deal on my hearing aids that locally would have caused me about $2200 more. I do now have to travel about 90 miles as that is where the ZipHearing provider in my area is. I can make that trip many times for $2200! A little inconvenience but no big deal.

Kudos to Grant and ZipHearing. I’ve had my Phonak Infinio Sphere 90 hearing aids now for a month and a half and couldn’t be more pleased.
