I bought my Phonak 90 hearing aids from Grant at Zip hearing for substantially less than my sister paid for the same aid from another source. Grant referred me to a local Zip professional whose explanation was comprehensive and professional. I’ve had the aids for about three weeks and am happy the transition period getting used them was much easier than expected.

I don't often write reviews but I feel I have to share my experience with Grant at Zip hearing. It was just over the top.
1) The bottom line cost for the hearing aids, was almost half of what I experienced.
2) Grant explained the whole buying, fitting and calibration simply and completely.
3) I then went to Grant's recommended local audiologist to have my hearing checked. The audiologist did a very thorough hearing test, discovering an anomaly that had been missed during 40 years of visits to other audiologists and ENT doctors. The audiologist then recommended the best hearing aid for my type of hearing loss,
4) With the information from the audiologist, Grant was able to order the hearing aids.
5) Less than a week later, the hearing aids arrived at the audiologist, who fitted the hearing aids and calibrated the for my specific hearing loss

When the hearing aids were activated it honestly was almost a religious experience. I can now hear things I haven't heard for over 40 years! I can hear birds singing, my footsteps and, as a musician, a much wider frequency spectrum. With the advanced control app, I must admit that sometimes I have to turn the hearing aids down, (my sister-in-law).
In closing I give Grant at Zip hearing 5 stars, wishing there were more.

Five stars is just not enough. In my opinion, ZIP HEARING is amazing. Grant was exceptionally knowledgeable and exceptionally kind. Grant took the time to explain every step and detail of my purchase. As my purchase is concerned, I received the best price possible. I shopped around for the hearing devices I wanted and asked a bunch of associates I worked with (we all have hearing problems from our employment) almost all recommended ZIP HEARING. With a 45 day return period, how could I go wrong. My devices were delivered in a very timely manner and work fabulous. I wish I knew of ZIP HEARING when I bought my first set of devices. I truly am delighted with my decision to go with ZIP HEARING. I would recommend this company to anyone. Grant is “A#1” with customer service and actually cares about you and your satisfaction. ZIP HEARING, you have a customer for life!!!!!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Zip Hearing. I came across them by accident as I was looking online at the hearing aid an audiologist was recommending. Much to my surprise, Zip Hearing was able to provide a much better quality hearing aid for thousands less AND connect me with a very helpful and knowledgeable audiologist, close to my home. I had many questions about hearing aids and both the professionals at Zip and my audiologist were very patient and helpful. I was also impressed with the top of the line website that was extremely informative, in real time as to the strengths of the various brands they sell.

Most people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. Not this time! This is totally unsolicited!
I was a bit skeptical dealing with an online company for hearing aids versus going to my local audiologist, not to mention having a very BAD experience there.
Being able to pick up the phone and talk to a human at Zip Hearing immediately was a big plus.
From the first conversation with Jeff I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and demeanor.
Not only did he set me up with a local audiologist (who was great) but saved me thousands of dollars in the process.
Everything that he told me would happen, DID!.
Within a week I had the top of the line hearing aids of my choice and again, for thousands less than my audiologist. As an experienced hearing aid wearer, Zip Hearing was a breeze and cannot imagine, not using them when I am ready for my replacements. Thanks again Jeff, you are the BEST!

It is a rare thing these days for any company or representative to exceed expectations, but that's exactly what ZipHearing and Grant Davidson have done. Grant was patient and detailed, answering every one of my myriad questions with zero sales pressure. He was extremely responsive and got back to me with answers promptly - so refreshing! I was impressed with his knowledge of the marketplace and how ZipHearing's business model works and how they maintain their relationships with the dispensing Audiologists. I obtained the best available hearing aid technology for the best possible price and had excellent service and follow up. You just can't ask for more than that. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. My hearing aids arrived in four days to the assigned audiologist who programmed them.
I know I have the right to multiple visits if there are problems but at this point, I can’t imagine any. I would recommend Zip Hearing, in fact I have several times, to my family and friends. Bravo!

The process is simple and straightforward. I was able to get my hearing aids very quickly. My local provider completed my fitting and I am now experiencing great hearing. I highly recommend Ziphearing. I surely will be back

ZipHearing was a wonderful internet find! My husband and I both needed hearing aids, and the quote from our ENT's audiologist was way too high. We were thinking of over the counter aids, but not sure they would be sufficient. Then I happened on Zip and everything changed. Grant Davidson was wonderfully informative and helpful, and not at all pushy. He really knew his stuff! He helped guide me to what I think are the perfect top notch hearing aids, and to a wonderful audiologist. It turns out that many of our friends had used this audiologist and loved him. The other internet providers that I spoke to just mailed the devices and would send someone to fit them and that was it. We now have a year-long relationship with an excellent audiologist. And most of all, the price was amazing!! About a third of what we had originally expected, and no pressure to buy the top of the line aids, although we did buy the same brand as originally recommended. We have already recommended Grant to several other people, and will continue to do so!

Zip Hearing offered a equitable price for the Hearing Aid devices I choose, they responded promptly to my inquiry.
And on additional questions, they also helped me find a local Provider.

I'm 68 and this my first experience with hearing aids. I'm an engineer brain and research everything before I commit to purchase. Pinged around with ENT and another nationwide audiology brand. When researching Oticon I discovered ZipHearing. Got in touch through chat and quickly talked with Grant Davidson. He's informative, doesn't rush things, and is interested in helping customers rather than just making sales. Went to see the local ZipHearing audiologist for testing and decided on the Oticon Real 2. The local affiliate was thorough and very helpful. After a few weeks experienced an issue with the Real 2's. Arranged for a warranty swap and was then told that Grant had arranged for me to have the newly introduced Intent 2's, this is an upgrade and there was no additional cost. Really appreciate Grant's responsiveness and mindset that helping customers leads to sales, repeat sales, and a grass roots referral network.

I would like to thank Grant Davidson and Zip Hearing for there help in getting a Oticon Hearing Aids.They made the process easy to understand from start to finish.Always there when I call for help.This my third set of hearing aids and I know it hard to find a good group of people looking out for my needs is there biggest concern.Thanks Again Grant and Zip Hearing..

At first I wasn’t sure if I could trust an internet provider. But after speaking to several local audiologists and received ridiculous quotes ,I called ZipHearing and spoke to Grant. He walked me through the process and recommended an audiologist he worked with for 12 years in my area. I spoke with her and she really was great and was very good at explaining my hearing loss and what devices would best suit my loss. (And Yes Grant at Zip Hearing is a real person in Nashville)
I am really happy with my purchase of the Oticon Real1 and the personal service from Grant and the audiologist he recommended! Everything was priced reasonably! They both get an A+

I have used Zip hearing to obtain my last 3 hearing aids. In each case they gave me excellent, unbiased information about each hearing aid I was considering, which was so valuable for determining my choice. And the cost they quoted was 20-30% less than the price from hearing/auditory services near me, including the auditory test! Plus they referred me to a local audiology practice to test my hearing and adjust my new hearing aids. After my purchases, I relied on my Zip consultant to solve any problems. And he was superb. Most recently, one of my new hearing aids died when I was traveling over Christmas in East Asia. I called my consultant, from Cambodia, and he had a brand new pair seating for me at my local audiologist! Truthfully, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I have been totally pleased and impressed with ZipHearing. As a first time hearing aid candidate facing the myriad of hearing aid companies, vendors, retailers, suppliers, and fitters, I was incredibly impressed by ZipHearing’s straight up and candid approach to pricing and selection. Even more impressive is their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. Jeff Hall’s transparent, thorough, and extremely helpful videos on both products, and on just how the ZipHearing Process works, immediately assured me of the top notch nature of his company. Of crucial additional importance to me was ZipHearing’s connection and liaison with local audiologists/providers… as in-person specialists and fitters who consulted with me before an order was placed and who reviewed my best possibilities based upon my audiological exam and my specific hearing status and needs…and who will be with me throughout my hearing aid adventure! Additionally, the fact that Jeff Hall himself has been willing to answer a multitude of my questions and concerns personally and almost instantly, frankly has just blown me away. Customer Service and Customer Regard of this caliber is so, so rare in today’s marketplace.
