First of all Zip hearing saved us 1,000s of dollars. The process also ensured we had the best hearing aids possible. The previous place we went to recommended what was best for them ($$), not for my wife. We were fitted at the Hearing Aid Store. They did an amazing job! They are not based on commission but a fitting fee. So they truly recommend what is best for the patient. Great experience all around. Thank you Derrick!

The day I contacted ZipHearing - Grant Davison got back with me on a location with a hearing specialist for a hearing test. Once my HA order was placed down through receiving my first Phonak Infinio Sphere 90 - has been a very pleasant experience. I saved lots of money - yet, was able to get the best HA for me personally. I do recommend ZipHearing - they offer the up-to-date HA technology at affordable costs as well as provide personal attention and follow up locations.

Zip connected me with a very good local provider who recommended a brand and model to fit my needs, although I also had the freedom to pick anything else from the selection of brands Zip offers. The order came within a few days, so I went back to the provider for a fitting and orientation and was all set up within a week. I had a follow up appointment two weeks later for adjustments. Although I had a 45 day trial period, I was happy with the first try. The whole process was smooth and easy.

I contacted ZIP after a friend recommended that I speak to them before making any decision on a hearing aid. I contacted ZIP and their representative Grant Davidson got back to me immediately. He understood that this was my first experience with hearing aids and took time to explain in detail the process. He recommended an audiologist in my area for me to visit. The audiologist appointment went great. I was allowed to test several hearing aids at home, which really helped me make my decision. I decided on the Widex 440. The whole process exceeded my expectations and the price was well below the price quoted by other suppliers. I would highly recommend ZIP to anyone interested in purchasing a quality hearing aid. 5 STARS

This is my second purchase of hearing aids from Zip. In both cases, the process was very smooth, the hearing aids worked as anticipated, and I saved quite a bit of money.

In Nov. 2023, I went to a local audiologist who said that he was "surprised that I hadn't bought HAs already. A year later, after doing extensive research I figured out what brand/model I wanted (Phonak audeo sphere). I contacted Ziphearing. Grant was great, took the time to understand my needs, and gave useful advice (no pressure. He referred me to a local audiologist, who turned out to be the same guy I had visited a year before. On his and Grant's advice, I ended up buying an Oticon Intent 1. I saved almost $4K over what I would have paid if I had bought the same model from the same audiologist and also got the same quality service. Contrary to feeling "old" by having these HAs, I feel like I've got this great high tech that improves my quality of life.

I purchased the Phonak Infinio Sphere 90 hearing aids through Zip Hearing after learning about them on Hearing Tracker. I have worn hearing aids for the past 15 years and was looking for a replacement for my 8 year old analogue hearing aids. Zip Hearing connected me Kevin Seborg, at Beltone (3D Hearing) in Pasadena, MD for the fitting and I purchased the hearing aids in October 2024 through 3d Hearing. Kevin spent a lot of time with me to get them fitted properly. After 3 adjustments, the improvement in my hearing is amazing. I am no longer struggling to understand conversation in group settings and noisy settings. I recommend the Phonak Infinio Sphere aids to anyone who has struggled understand soft speech, or "any" speech in rooms that are large or have high ceilings. Very much worth the investment. Absolutely wonderful experience with Zip from start to finish. The audiology team made things easy. My new hearing aids are the bomb. I won’t go a day without them.

Highly recommend Zip Hearing. By going through Zip I was able to save Thousands of dollars over the doctor recommended hearing aids. They set me up with a local audiologist and within 2 weeks I had new hearing aids.

Easy to deal with. Saved about $3,000 in the process. Had tried lower cost HA's from Costco and wanted to go back to my preferred Oticon's. The audiologist they referred is very good and I am very happy with the results. Grant took care of everything the way he said he would and made things easy for me. And highly recommend the TV box for audio feed, makes watching movies so much better.

Derrick could not have been more helpful. Buying hearing aids can be a daunting experience, especially online. A hearing aid is a personal device and we all need professional help in this process. Additionally, the cost can be significant. ZipHearing did both. Excellent price and service from their local provider. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and this is my best experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The Zip Hearing representative, Derrick, was responsive and helpful. He was very helpful and successful in submitting my insurance claim. However, accessibility/follow-up service at the local provider I was directed to in Little Rock, AR was not good. The audiologist was very pleasant, and the receptionist well-meaning, but their hours of operation in my home location are pretty limited, 2-3 days/week. They were closed several days for "conferences" when I needed help. I had multiple problems with my initial set of Starkey hearing aids, mostly centered around not charging. No "loaners" available. Had to send them off for 10 days for "repair". Ended up with a new set. On those, the ear loop retainers were installed BACKWARDS, which neither the provider or I noticed when I picked them up in a new charger (didn't try them on as I was in a rush). When I recognized this, I tried to contact the local provider, but they were not in the office the rest of that week, and at another conference the next week. Zip Hearing text informed me that the provider would contact me for an appointment as soon as they returned to the office. That didn't happen. I finally sought help from another hearing center that I have used in the past. They are also a Starkey dealer, and graciously switched out the reversed ear loop, then helped me fit the proper size earpieces. All at no charge. I hope not to have to deal with Zip Hearing's local provider again.

Everything worked just as Zip Hearing said it would. Product to doctor, doctor adjustments, fitting. I was able to get a new IPhone and great hearing aids, for what other companies wanted to charge me for hearing aids w/4yr. maintenance plan. Don’t need a maintenance plan!

I did my homework and went through several providers before selecting ZipHearing. Their pricing is significantly lower than list price for the same model hearing aids I found elsewhere. Their strength to me was teaming with a local audiologist that provided for the fitting and care required. Together they met and exceeded all my expectations. When it comes time to replace them, I would use them again.

Your associates listen to what I needed provided guidance to how your company could help with my needs. Explained the next steps and offered if anything was unclear to call and they would explain.

I was stunned at the cost savings- $1500-$3000 depending on the model. I called ZipHearing for information on their process. Grant gave me the name/number of the ZipHearing local provider. I set an appointment and decided Oticon Intent 1 was for right for me. Grant ordered the aids and within a week I was fitted. The entire process was easy, smooth and professional. Avoid ZipHearing - Appalling Customer Service.
I strongly advise against using ZipHearing.
My experience with them was shockingly poor. Not only did their representative fail to deliver on promised timelines, but he was also unresponsive and offensive.
To make matters worse, escalating the issue to the company president, Jeff Hall, proved futile.
Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with rudeness and yelling.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a company president.
ZipHearing clearly has no respect for its customers. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

My audiologist recommended two hearing aids, including Phonak Audeo I-90 and Oticon Intent. I went online to research them and found a very helpful video on the Phonak mode. The video said I could get them through Zip Hearing. I called Zip and spoke to Grant several times before making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, informative and patient. I was wary of buying hearing aids online, but he explained that Zip has relationships with dealers who provide the initial programming and ongoing service. I checked out reviews of Zip on TrustPilot and found them to be overwhelmingly favorable. I bought the Phonaks from Zip at roughly 30% less than the price quoted by my audiologist for the same model. I received them about a week later at my local dealer and have returned there for some adjustments. Both Grant and the dealer have been helpful and professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Grant to several friends who are in the market.
