Wow. Prompt, courteous, helpful service! Very responsive to all my questions and they were clearly answered. Everything that was said, was done. That does not happen in most companies. Oh, did I mention that their pricing cannot be beat!

I generally subscribe to the caution, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
However, my recent experience with ZipHearing demonstrated otherwise! I purchased Oticon Real 1 hearing aids through ZipHearing, at a price that was 39% less than that quoted locally. The only difference of note is 1 year vs. 3 years of service/adjustments, which is not a concern given the amount of the price difference.
Communications from the ZipHearing team were clear and timely, both on the phone and via email.

I did my research and I'm very happy I went with ZipHearing. They saved me money and I feel like I received premium service. From the first call I had with Grant to the fantastic audiologist he connected me with to the end product: my mom can hear much better.

I'm 81 and finally decided to get hearing aids. Trouble is, I've heard about other seniors being "taken to the cleaners" by strip mall hearing aid centers. I also don't know much about hearing aids so I started researching online. After a few hours I was completely "data saturated."

That was when I found info posted by ZipHearing. It's clear, concise and as near as I could tell, unbiased. Jeff Hall talks about hearing aids in non-technical terms, explaining the pluses and minuses of the various types and brands of hearing aids. Best of all, he offers to sell them at huge discounts (mostly 35% to 40%!) and have them fitted by local audiologists and hearing aid professionals.

Talk is cheap so I decided to call ZipHearing, figuring I'd leave a message and get a call back (maybe). A real, human male voice answered, saying, "Zip Hearing, this is Jeff." What? When was the last time that happened?! Jeff answered my questions, saying he had an excellent hearing aid provider about 15 minutes from me. I checked them out and found they had an great reputation so I made an appointment.

I found that audiologist pleasant, professional and very easy to work with, her recommendations made sense for my degree of hearing loss and the price was right so I ordered two hearing aids. A week later they came in, were programmed to suit my needs and fitted to my ears.

I was amazed at how much better the world sounds! I have been wearing them 16 hours per day with no discomfort and the one small issue I had with the hearing aid manufacturer's app was resolved quickly.

As you can tell, I'm a happy (albeit, old) camper. I feel I was well treated by ZipHearing and their local provider. Best of all, I got top name brand hearing aids that were selected and programmed for me, great local service and saved nearly $2000! What's not to like?

Great experience with Zip. They made the process painless and easy as they seem to work with hearing testers in most areas. I had my hearing tested originally at a highly rated local hearing center. They carried the hearing aid I wanted but wanted several thousand dollars more for it than Zip. That made the decision easy. Zip connected me with a very competent hearing specialist in my area. I then purchased the hearing aids from Zip, they shipped the hearing aids to the local specialist and within a week or two I was hearing better than I have for decades. What’s more is that I had a problem with one of my hearing aids after about 6 weeks. Despite the fact that it was unclear if it was my issue or a hardware issue Zip simply replaced them. Now my biggest challenge is to figure out what to do with the several thousand dollars I saved by using Zip.

Recently I finally convinced myself to have my hearing checked. At the time, I hadn’t heard of ZipHearing. The audiologist I saw was very knowledgeable and professional. My results weren’t very good, i.e. normal to severe hearing loss in both ears. She asked if I wanted to sample how my hearing could be corrected and I jumped at the chance. After fitting me with a pair of Oticon Real 1 aids, I realized that I could hear the overhead fan and her speech was much clearer! Wow, what’s the cost I asked? $7300 and could I pay immediately, she asked. I said that I would need to discuss it with my wife and left.
That night I began my research and discovered ZipHearing. The next day, I called ZipHearing and spoke with Grant. He was great! He mentioned that I could get interest free financing for one year from a third party. Grant set me up with an excellent local audiologist and sold the Oticon Real 1 aids for a LOT less than $7300! After multiple (all inclusive) visits with the audiologist, I am now a very happy camper and I can hear and understand my grandchildren when they’re talking with me.

I first learned about zip hearing from the hearing aid website soundly. I enjoyed its neutral unbiased reviews and buying tools and clicked the link to get a quote from zip hearing once I decided on a hearing aid.

Jeff Hall from Zip Hearing got back to me the next day and he quickly arranged to have the hearing aid shipped to my audiologist. Unfortunately, the first hearing aid was not a good fit for me and I returned within the trial period. Jeff was very easy to work with and quickly arranged for my next hearing aid choice to be shipped and exchanged. After another trial period of about a month I decided to return the second hearing aid. I am still looking for the right model for me but, whatever I decide on, I will be working with Jeff at zip hearing. Incredible customer service! Thanks!

I was very apprehensive about ordering hearing aids online, but it turned out to incredibly good deal. I already knew that I wanted the top level Oticon as I have had them twice before and the are deemed to be one of best. Website asked for my zipcode to see if they had provider in my area. The did,, Maria in Coral Gables. An appointment was made had . I had to prepay hearing aids (since i already knew what i wanted) and within 4 days of my website connection, I met with Maria. She programed prescription of new hearing test into my new aids, explained new features and the new app, I found her to very knowledgeable, Professional, and pleasant. Had i gone through my local Dr. office, it would taken 3-4 weeks for appt,, another 2 weeks for delivery on aids.. and then Pay 30%+ more than the zip website charged. I still have same guarantee and benefits my doctor's office would have provided.
Maria was also able to figure out what was wrong with my old 8 year old hearing aids.. put new prescription in them and updated software in them.. so I even have a backup older pair.
I am very happy with entire purchase and provider.

WOW!! Zip Hearing was beyond amazing! Their service, attentiveness and caring is second to none. I bought a hearing aid from Jeff and it was shipped and delivered very fast. Had a charging problem. They repaired it immediately at no cost. Unfortunately, I had to return the hearing aid (my issue, not theirs). I dropped it off at my audiologist and Jeff refunded my money in less than 24 hours. Sure beats another hearing aid company that took 45 DAYS to send me my refund. It was a pleasure working with Zip Hearing and I will recommend them to anyone in the need of a hearing aid!!

I bought a pair of Oticon Real 1 hearing aids through ZipHearing. The prices that ZipHearing provides definitely save considerable dollars, so I called Oticon to confirm that ZipHearing is an authorized reseller. They are. ZipHearing had me go to a HearingLife location that had an Au.D. with 34 years of experience. She was great. Everything in the process happened just as the promotional material stated. I highly recommend ZipHearing. It was a 5 star Plus experience!!

The "ZipHearing" process from start to finish was a great experience. My initial contact by phone to obtain information from their staff was very informative. The scheduling of my hearing test and fitting with their local audiology was handled great. My claimed was processed quickly. I am really impressed with the people and processes they have in place to take care of their customers.
