I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went.grant was quick to answering my questions and sending me information. The audiologist was excellent.

I was very pleased on every level with my experience. I went to the local provider and wanted to get the newest model of my then current hearing aid. When I tried it I was not satisfied with the sound of my voice. The local provider knew I was very attached to using the separate Bluetooth Mic. He recommended I try the Oticon Real 1. I was stunned by the natural quality of the sound. After getting my Bluetooth properly connected, I knew I did not need to wait 45 days to be sure this was right for me.. It's been a wonderful experience in all ways.

My sister-in-law recommended ZipHearing based on her good experience when she purchased hearing aids. Dealing with ZipHearing made the process of finding a local provider, scheduling an exam, and purchasing hearing aids easy and affordable. My recommended local provider was top notch. The price was a substantial savings over previously priced hearing aids. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I’m sorry the Widet hearing aids weren’t powerful enough to meet my needs. If something new comes on the scene that is significantly more powerful, please let me know. I probably would be interested in them.

I was very pleased by every aspect of my purchase and service from ZipHearing. I shopped extensively to choose which hearing aid I wanted and how I could make the most sensible purchase at the best value.

I contacted 5 to 10 hearing aid vendors before reaching a decision. ZipHearing was one of the vendors with the best pricing. I spoke at length with ZipHearing's representative. He was a good listener and very knowledgeable about various options amongst the available hearing aids. When I told him what I felt my needs were he gave me several options to consider. Before finalizing my purchase he verified that there was a licensed hearing aid technologist where I lived.

I have been very happy with the brand and model of hearing aid I purchased and the price I paid for it. I have had one issue with a hearing aid components that I purchased. My ZipHearing agent arranged for a replacement component in an efficient manner that took less than 5 minutes of my time. The component arrive within just a few days or making the arrangements.

If I again need to purchase hearing aids in the future it is likely that I will purchase them with the assistance of ZipHearing.

The price differential for the Oticon hearing aids I was considering was the main reason I chose to use Zip Hearing when I decided to try hearing aids for the first time. Grant Davidson was very helpful in giving the information that I needed and always responding in a timely manner to any questions. The provider I chose has been attentive to my needs and concerns with each visit and call. I would recommend Zip Hearing to anyone who is considering hearing aids. I bought a pair of Phonak Lumity 90 from ZipHearing, and was very happy with the experience. I am always nervous about online sellers with low prices. ZipHearing proved reliable from first contact to delivery. I had been warned off Web outfits that sell directly to end customers. If for no other reason than that hearing aids need to be tuned to match each wearer's impairment profile.

ZipHearing contracts with audiologists that are local to the customer. My audiologist was just a few miles away. Zip pays the audiologist for a hearing test, fitting, and an after care visit. So those were all included for me. The audiologist's information, and testing were rock solid. I had researched best practices ahead of time. Pricing was precisely what ZipHearing had quoted. Neither the company, nor the audiologist exerted any pressure to purchase. While still expensive, the price was lower than any online seller that I felt comfortable enough to trust. I would instantly choose Zip again, and pointed friends there.

The main thing that caught my attention was the price differential between Zip and going directly through the audiologist. In my case, the price I paid for the latest Oticon hearing aids was about $2,400 less than through my audiologist. Zip connected me with another extremely good audiologist practice who explained how the price differential works. I elected to buy my hearing aids through Zip and my new audiologist has done the fittings and will take care of me in the months and years ahead. It’s an easy way to get better value.

Absolutely could not be happier with my experience with ZipHearing. I've put off getting hearing aids for at least the last couple of years because of the high cost.
However, I finally had enough and went to a local Audiologist who reviewed my audio gram and recommended the new Oticon Real 1 at a price of nearly $7300. ZipHearing had the same hearing aid for $4800 - a savings of $2500. Obviously a cheaper price without good fitting, adjustments and followup care is no real bargain so, probably just like you, I was really reluctant to make such a large purchase from an online only seller. I can only say, based on my own experience, that my worries were misplaced and I highly recommend you pull the trigger and give ZipHearing a chance. The sales rep (Grant) went out of his way to help me find a nearby provider (who was also just great to work with by the way). He even took it upon himself to reach out to the provider a second time to see if he could expedite my appointment. (The earliest appointment he had available wouldn't have been until early June, but my son was getting married about a week later and I wanted to be fully used to them before the wedding.) After Grant called him he was able to move some appointments around and was able to get me in last Friday and I'm just so happy to have them. I only wish I'd done it sooner and if I had to do it again I'd absolutely go back to ZipHearing. I highly recommend them, their service and of course their pricing.

Just started my journey on hearing aides. Had my hearing tested, and found that I could not afford the cost, so after doing a little research I called ZipHearing. My consultant was very helpful with establishing me with another specialist who retested my hearing and recommended the same aides, but at a considerable difference in cost. I have been utilizing ZipHearing for years and couldn't be happier. Since I am a musician, my hearing is very important to my livelihood as well as my personal comfort. Jeff Hall, my representative at ZipHearing, was most helpful for my latest purchase of Oticon Real 1 hearing aids, setting me up with a local audiologist that addressed all my needs effectively, efficientl and amicably. What more could I ask?

At first, I was a little apprehensive about using ZipHearing, a company I found on-line , which offered the same hearing aid products that my local audiologist provides, except for much better price.

My concerns included customer service (pre-sale and post sale): How does this work, when you are dealing with an on-line company? How am I going to get expert help in selecting the right hearing aids for me? I was also concerned about making sure the hearing aids were configured correctly for my needs. All of these were services which my local audiologist would have provided, but at a price point several thousand dollars higher than ZipHearing.

So far, (it has been two months since I first reached out to ZipHearing), my apprehensions were ill founded. I have found ZipHearing to be informative, efficient and courteous. They connected me with a local audiologist in their network. Because my last audiology test was older than three months, they required that I undergo another exam. I went along, though at first I was not too keen. Looking back, I am glad I did. The ZipHearing audiologist was thorough. and the exam was more extensive than what I had experienced before.

I selected a product I had researched. But they offered me the latest model (it had literally come on the market a couple weeks earlier). A week later I went back for a fitting. Two weeks later I went back again for a scheduled follow up. The process has been smooth, efficient, and with no surprises.
ZipHearing provides a 45 day "trial" period during which I can return the product and select a different brand if I choose to.

I was impressed to receive a call from ZipHearing a couple of weeks back, just to ensure I was satisfied with the product I ordered.

In the end, I purchased a commercial, off-the-shelf product from ZipHearing that was configured for my needs by a local audiologist who was competent and helpful. The price point was excellent compared to other local providers. The entire experience was identical if not better.

I highly recommend ZipHearing.

Zip hearng did exactly what they said they would do! Honesty is rare today! The price was exactly what they said it woud be. There were no add on charges. And they did not try to sell me anything! I highly recomend Zip hearing!

I had a wonderful experience with Zip Hearing. I found them on the internet and was a little skeptical. They had the prices on line and they were a lot less then what I had been quoted at my hearing dr's. When they called me back they had a hearing aid center I could go to close by. I went there, got great service and Zip Hearing had my new hearing aids to me within a week. I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed my experience with them.
