I was gifted a Walkin Wheels for my senior boy but need to replace a few bits so that he could use it. I contacted customer service to ask if I could replace wheels to a bigger size on a medium frame they said yes and what size I needed. Ordered them shortly after and paid for standard delivery 3-4 days and they arrived the next day which meant I could change over wheels and see how my boy did with the wheelchair, in fact as soon as I clipped him in he was off.

After x2 failed products through Amazon, I Bought the Help'em'up Harness for my 33kg Goldie after elbow surgery. Spoke to Megan on Bank Holiday Saturday for advise and correct sizing before placing the order.
Due to a late delivery their end, my order was delayed. Because I was willing to wait the extra 48hrs for the harness, they refunded the express delivery charge but sent it express as soon as they received it.
Fabulous, well made harness and exactly the right product for the job. Very customer focussed company, would highly recommend.

Wow what a fabulous halo harness. My dog went suddenly blind took him to the vets they said he has sards. Looking for a halo harness in his size was a nightmare as all the cheaper company’s only do small or extra small size and all had bad reviews. Came across zoomadog uk and they supply all sizes the muffin’s Halo Harness had excellent reviews so i purchased one they are quite expensive but totally worth very penny. Customer service is brilliant they answered all my questions I had about the harness, kept me informed about delivery Which was very fast my dog had no problem wearing his new harness on a walk, next day on his walk he was more confident which was great to see no more walking into walls, Fences, parked cars really does help him navigate around obstacles. I highly recommend to anyone with a blind dog or visually impaired

I knew what size harness I needed for my dog and ordered as such, but the staff emailed me to make sure I was ordering the correct one (they are expensive). I was even able to phone them to explain how I knew the size was right. This might all seem daft but so many companies have no answerability or responsibility so I found this company trustworthy and efficient. The harness was delivered in three days. I highly recommend Zoomadog.

These shoes are amazing!!
We did have problems getting the correct size, but Megan was incredibly helpful. It was worth persevering to get it right as they have been superb. Our Pug was knuckling badly and we were trying wraps to protect his feet with a little success. These shoes have been invaluable and allow him to walk without damaging his feet. A total game changer.

My whole experience with Zoomadog was great. Customer service were really helpful in advising which boot to buy for my greyhound. Finding the right size was difficult but the whole return and exchange process was seamless. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant for a sight hound with tendon trouble and arthritis - the support seems to help him enormously and they look very cool too.

The Hunnyboots fit perfectly to our Cosmo who has a chronic Corn on his left fore paw and now walks comfortably. The boots are very well made (bespoke) and stay on his feet not like regularly available dog ware made for non Greyhound feet. Spendy shipping costs, but it was here so quick from so far away.

Great product, but unfortunately didn’t fit my dog. Returns team were extremely helpful, when I needed to send them back. No fuss, just emailed me a return form within minutes of my enquiry
