I bought a ring, paid with card and haven't got a single response from them since!!
They are scammers, please don't trust..

Don't trust Zorrata I ordered glasses back in May 2023 which take 3 weeks delivery and they never turned up.

Zorrata took my money and have never refunded me.

They ignore my emails chasing them. Don't let Zorrata rip you off

Return policy is horrible. They ask you to ship it to canada which would cost at least $50.

This company is a disappointment. They have approved my return RMA914124 - First couple emails I received a reply and now they’re ignoring me. I followed their instructions and even paid for tracked shipping. I sent it to their address and STILL to this day I have not received my return. I returned the product in January and it’s is now end of MARCH. Lost $80 plus to this company. Unprofessional.

Zero stars , received wrong order before Christmas is now February still not resolved

Order sunglasses from zorrata early September and we are in late December and yet to receive my order.

Several emails sent and yet to receive my order.

I bought a ring but it was too big, I followed the instruction for returns.
It has been 3 month and no reimbursement has been issued.
I have been sending emails and not even getting a response from them.
The value if the ring was approximately 60$.

I love this Brand!

Zorrata has affordable shades, designed properly and stylish enough you sit properly next to anyone of my designer brands.

I have 5 pair and I love everyone of them the same.

You guys rock!

Continue to provide that quality material and I’m excited to see what’s to come.

It was an impulse buy from a Facebook ad. Initially I was sceptical but I turned out to be wrong. It was a fast and efficient service for which I am very grateful

Do NOT order anything from this company. It’s fraudulent and the other reviews stating this were all correct. What they ship you is something you can get out of a boardwalk crane game. The sunglasses are so cheap and small and then when you try to return anything, they are conveniently MIA, make you go through this BS process where you have to “take a picture of their plastic sunglasses” to submit for an RMA# for “approval”. It’s sheer nonsense and games. The best part ? They ship from Sarasota NY, but you must return them to: CANADA. That’s real. The price for customs and non rushed shipment was $23. They still haven’t refunded my card. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THEM.

Would love to review the sunglasses I ordered but haven’t received them as yet.

Scam I lost my money whith them. I returned my sunglasses because they did Not fit . The postal tracking confirm they got them back. They kept the cash and the sunglasses. Never been refund.

Bought a pair of glasses from. Zorrata very nice designer but unfortunately the arm broke after few uses.
The item seems to be made by a very cheap material because it led to break up after few uses! In the UK the guarantee for this product is 1 year, they said they offer only 30 days! Never again ZORRATA!!!

Really terrible customer support.
My package was like a month delayed, although i paid for expedited shipping. The extra for shipping was never given back to me.
The customer support (which is clearly one person) only says “thanks for your patience” and “we apologies for the delays”

I finally got my package. Very VERY Average quality. To be fair. At the time i was already disappointed by the while company. Arrange for a return. The support never replied or confirmed if they received it.

I’ll continue to wait to see how they’ll handle the situation. And. Ill keep all posted…

Long story short… so far it seems like its a BLACKHOLE
Do not waste your money.

We received our bracelets and within 2 days both bracelets broke... for 3 months we have been told that we would be sent a replacement but no one responds to actually replace these bracelets. The quality of their product has declined dramatically since the first order I made a few years ago and I would not recommend anyone take a chance to order from this company again.

Their Jewelry sucks! They said they would replace my chain that broke and it was under warranty but never did. Customer service everything sucks about them. Never respond

Zorrata sent the jewelry to a wrong address. The item was returned months ago and the allegedly send it to my home address.
Sezzle finance my purchase was paid in full but they allegedly wrote that the ítem was going to be sent. I believe after reading this guy is a scammer and a thief. They operate under Ontario, Canada laws and they are getting away with thousands of dollars stole from customers by not delivering the items.
I have contact Ontario BBB and they wrote cannot do anything about.

I've contacted your customer services several times and you're choosing to ignore my messages. I purchased the stack bracelet as a gift for my partner's birthday, as soon as he put the bracelet with the gold plated lion's head it instantly within a second completely came a part, whilst the other bracelet as part of the stack set was completely fine. I've emailed zorrata customer services SEVERAL times and the issue of the faulty bracelet and it is not being acknowledged or followed up on, i've asked to be refunded for 1 of the 2 bracelets in the stack but no response, this is really bad service as I paid a lot of money and clearly apparent that 1 of the bracelets was faulty Not only was presenting a gift that came a part within seconds embarrassing but it's also completely disappointing that zorrata are choosing to ignore the issue I've raised Never again will I purchase from them.
