Scam. Items never received but took my money. Number is inactive and emails just being ignored. Money goes to France but company address is listed in the UK. Do not order from these cretins !

Ordered a sideboard and yes it’s a scam , no sideboard delivered and I’m still waiting on my money back from my back . I ordered on 20th April and now still waiting on refund.Raging that this fake company is still advertising and stealing money from people

This website is a SCAM PLEASE DONT ORDER email address doesn't exist the contract number is reported as fraud i ordered 2 x outdoor bin storage. Never received This site is still on shop which I dont understand how when all the reviews state noone has ever received item avoid all they wont is ur money

SCAM!!!! I was waiting for my vanity dressing table and when messaged about delivery date twice there was no response then I looked at reviews and realised it was a scam. I thought the price was too good to be true. So disappointing 😞 xxx

Ordered items & not received. How are they still operating? should be removed! Raised dispute with my card company. Emails unanswered & phone number does not connect? Stay clear!

UPDATE on this SCAM Company: So I have already posted a negative review on here about these scambags-I too, am out if pocket roughly £200.00 and fighting to get my money back through my Credit card provider (who is being less than helpful even though I've invoked Section 75...unbelievable!!) Anyway, have reported them to Report Fraud and the report is being looked at. I implore you ALL on here to do the same as the more complaints Report Fraud get, the more weight it adds to the complaint for them to do something about these thieves! The site, Shopify, has a "Report a Merchant" form to also lay a complaint-you will need an open account to do this which is free-Google's complaint procedure is as useful as a "chocolate teapot"-got nowhere with them. Awaiting feedback from the ASA still. Suggest the more of us on here affected that vomplain to the necessary authorities, the more they are likely to do something. I'm even contemplating contacting Rip Off Britain and even MSE so as to get the warnings out there to protect future Consumers from becoming the next victims in this insidious shopping scam. Folks, there is strength in numbers...please help. I already have a Crime reference number for this for Report Fraud-quote this number if you want to help: RF26050260693C and this will link all complaints to the original about these scumbags!

It's a scam,froud! Avoid this company. Very realistic and looking good home page but it a SCAM.They will never send you anything because they no exist.

It's a Fraud company

Don't purchase from this place, I purchased a shed which never turned up and I lost all the money I paid for it! Phone number is a number that doesn't connect to anyone, chat bot doesn't work and email address does not reply, I usually always check reviews on sites I use first time, but this one time I overlooked it and it's the one time I've been scammed! They are robbing everyone and why this place is still coming up on a Google search is anyone's guess! These people need stopping now!!

Total scam do not go near this company, I can’t understand why they are still allowed to advertise on google.

Definately a scam, furniture hasn't been received. Checked reviews and obviously panicked, disputed the payment on Barclays app 2 hours ago, took a while to find as payment wasn't to the company (was to a french bank).

confirmation of dispute arrived saying they have 30 days to respond..... but almost 15 mins later, money had been recovered by Barclays and was in my account........... that definately wouldn't happen if it was a genuine site

Wish I had read the reviews before purchess took my money never sent out the item tryed to contact them email /live chat no response had to get my money back through the bank so please beaware also still trading and selling the air conditioning unit .

Really annoyed with myself for not checking this bogus company out first before buying. Do not trust them They are still on line Tell everyone to avoid them.

This is just a front for a cash grab. Nothing ever leaves pending after your payment. Phone numbers disconnected and emails don't get answered. If you have ordered claim your money back immediately as you will not get your order !!!

DO Not order from here as they take your money and you don’t get your order. Luckily l ordered through Klana so I managed to stop my payment.
