Avoid this website it’s a scammmm… your order will never arrive . Very disappointing

Absolutely fuming and really annoyed with myself for ordering from these scumbags. Do not order. The annoying thing is they are still on Shop as one of their retailers! Phone number doesn’t exist and they don’t respond to emails.

I wish I had come here first before purchasing in this store. Payed for the item and never got it. They don't reply the email we send and just don't care. I don't understand how this website is still active with so many bad reviews.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pretty sure this is a scam. The website makes claims that are simply untrue. No response from 'chat' online, contact number not in use, personal email address for enquiries also unresponsive. Fishy...

Ordered an Air Conditioner from Zuralo (Shopify) - money taken - but no delivery. Company based in France. Thank fully the lovely people at Barclaycard were of great help. ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS NEXT TIME !

Proper scam this!
Everyone of us in the reviews section seems different transaction details.
Phone number doesn't work for me, emails is unanswered.
Aircon never arrived nor had any dispatch details. Sad really as I thought it could be trusted as it was on the 'SHOP' app.
Thankfully used Zilch so disputing it as we speak today 28/05/26

Item ordered and payment taken. Has not arrived and probably never will. Phone contact number inactive. Email support is a dud.

How this gets a 1.4 rating when everyone rates them a 1 is bizarre.

Ordered a Keter outdoor storage box it's never arrived, The name on my bank statement was GAABVIS and the Zuralo address is a semi detached house in Scotland according to Google maps, if you've been scammed like me contact your bank and report it, they could have a reoccurring payment going out of your account this can be cancelled through your bank.
My bank are investigating GAABVIS but cannot investigate Zuralo because that name doesn't appear on my bank statement.

BEWARE! The company is a scam. Avoid! You pay your money and never get your product. I called the company contact number and it comes up Potential Fraud. Emailed loads of times but no replies. The company uses the Shop app which makes you feel like its legitimate, its not. And Shop are unable to help at all.

Total fraudulent website and company! Once you place and order and pay for item, you don’t get anything. Not even a reply to your phone or emails. We had to contact our bank to raise it as a fraud as we did not get the item and even a single reply.
The email and phone are personal and not business so don’t expect a reply. Totally agree with all the negative reviews. Don’t know why such company exists and allow to trade in UK?

I bought a rattan furniture a week ago and I never receive anything. the company do replay email, i don have shipment number. I reported fraud, meaning, do not buy from this site. This is not a product sale, they just steal your money with a promise of sale.

Ordered two small sheds. Never arrived no communication. Email sent no reply, no contact number just said number not recognised.

Ordered garden chairs, one email to state my order. Then no updates, bank says the firm who took my money (different name to the one on google) are a plumbing and heating company?!
Emails are unanswered and phone number is fake.

I ordered a dressing table and nothing up till now. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t read reviews before paying.

Regret not checking Trustpilot reviews and contact details before purchasing. THIS IS A FAKE BUSINESS. Orders taken but never shipped. Tracking details are false. Business email is hotmail, business phone number is a mobile, business address is residential. Contact is ignored. My advice don’t purchase anything from here and if you have already file a small claim to try and stop this fraud.
