Regret not checking Trustpilot reviews and contact details before purchasing. THIS IS A FAKE BUSINESS. Orders taken but never shipped. Tracking details are false. Business email is hotmail, business phone number is a mobile, business address is residential. Contact is ignored. My advice don’t purchase anything from here and if you have already file a small claim to try and stop this fraud.

Absolute scumbags take your money and never get your item

Absolute scam. Ordered a vanity unit which never arrived and the company name was not Zuralo on my bank statement but some construction company wish I looked at the online reviews before I ordered. DO NOT order from this company

Unfortunately Im unable to rate in minus it would definitely be below zero... absolut scumbags ...have taken the money but no goods .. unreachable ...fake email and contact number ...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

ordered a keter box. Never arrived and paid £90. Did my research and found my money had been taken from a bank in France. Got money back through my bank who are now investigating them. Shame they cant get a proper job and stop robbing people of their hard earnt money. AVOID

Ordered an outside storage unit I0 days ago. No response to emails on prospective shipping date or how long it would take to prepare an order for shipping. Site is a scam & would give it a Zero if I could. So, I will be raising a dispute with my Bank.

This company is a scam. The item paid for does not arrive. The telephone number on the website is invalid. No response from emails, I am now trying to get a refund via my card provider due to the fraudulent transaction.

Wish I seen these reviews before I ordered a garden shed. Total scam they don’t reply to emails and telephone number doesn’t work. why hasn’t this website been taken down. Paid via a credit card so hoping I will get my money back. Do not order from this site.

DO NOT order from this company. Ordered garden shed in April, still states preparing for delivery. Telephone number for customer services is inactive and have sent 4 emails with no reply. Complete scam

This company is utterly disgraceful , taking money with no intention of sending any goods. They do not answer messages of emails and the given phone contact number does not exist .
The address search brings up a residential house . The items listed are of high value , so I ADVISE , DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY , they take your money but don’t deliver .

Garden tool shed ordered early-mid April but has not been delivered. I am unable to contact Zuralo by phone or email (phone number does not exist). Obviously a scam and have started proceedings to recover my money via my bank. Do not order anything from this site.

Dodgy website no communication or update on order no replies of emails only taking money out and finish don,t even think about them.ordered a table on 17th of april no update at all.

Scam company . Bought a dresser off their website. Never turned up and impossible to get hold of them. Luckily I bought on my credit card so was protected. But avoid these fraudsters

This company is a scam. They do not have any products they just take money, Do not respond. Do not do any business with them as you will be ripped OFF.
