GARSONS SWINDLE

Been going to Garsons PYO for 34 years
So disappointed this year with the money grubbing change
Previously you prebooked and the prepayment was deducted from what you bought
This year they’ve changed policy
Now the pre booking is treated as an entrance fee and not deducted from what you buy
So if 2 of you go that’s £5 (2 x £2.50) entry
If you only buy £5 worth of produce it’s effectively costing double!
It’s outrageous

Won’t go again

Won’t go again
Breakfast in restaurant was a shambles
Everything comes at once or eggs/ mush/ tomato served before cereal
Always forced to sit at a table of 4-8 persons Request a table for two always ignored
This is not a problem on other cruise lines except Costa
Staff at Guest Services are dismissive / never take a complaint seriously/ just want to get rid of you… unlike say NCL
Incessant loud music everywhere
Very irritating the way staff hustle you to dance
Impossible to get chair/ bed on pool deck even if you go at 7:45 am
Shame we been cruising for 18 years/ been pretty well everywhere but will avoid MSC

I’ve been using HODDERS for about a year now to manage 3 flats
From the start I have found the service excellent and very professional

Very bad goodwill

Very bad goodwill
Tried to order BLACK FRIDAY DEAL from my mobile whilst abroad but problem with website
Emailed them and was told to contact them on my return
I did so and thought I’d ordered the deal . After I checked delivery it was only 12 bottles of wine not 13 and no free wine glasses
I contacted them and was told the Black Friday offer had expired even though I had agreed earlier
When I complained they only said that the offer had ended even though I have been a customer for several years
