Great service and prices you can't…

Great service and prices you can't complain about. The 'chocolate' peanut vegan protein tastes like old books, so won't be buying that again, but everything else is great.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, and at a price that beats the competition!
I'd purchased a helmet from another supplier, but there was a delay in delivery, so cancelled it, and ordered from Tredz, and it arrived even before the previous suppliers revised date!

Not as secure as I'd hoped.

I have had these installed on my 2009 Honda CR-V for about 8 months now, and generally they're good. However, although the front deflectors fit and stay in place, the rear ones not so much. Despite watching the installation videos several times, following the instructions as closely as possible, the rear deflectors do not fit as securely as the front, and on a couple of occasions I have nearly lost them as they have become detached on dual carriageways - only the fast reaction of my son has stopped it flying off. I have removed them, reinstalled them, added an extra clip, and applied extra adhesive (Gorilla mounting tape), but still they slip out. It's now getting to the point when I only open the rear windows slightly, for fear of losing the deflectors.

Great service and a bargain price.
I took advantage of the 3x50ml offer and all three are great, and virtually identical to the scents they are inspired by.
Packaging was perfect, and the delivery service insured that they arrived quickly.

Really impressed with the scents

Really impressed with the scents. I bought three samples and two of them I have never smelled before, so can't comment another accuracy, but they smell great. The third is a well known scent to me, and smells virtually identical, so I'll definitely be purchasing a bigger bottle.

I really wanted to write a positive…

I really wanted to write a positive review as Halfords gets a lot of flack - but I have to be honest, and state that if there were an alternative retail outlet, I'd be shopping there.

I won't got into specifics (I don't have the patience and you don't have the time to read it all), but suffice it to say that after visiting the local Bletchley store in excess of 20 times, and having three failed installation bookings for three different head units, called, emailed and online chatted numerous times my patience has finally run out, and I am seeking a refund on the stereo and installation fee, and will be going to an independent who values custom and can get the job done.

I ordered a cheap (£80) phone as an emergency, after experiencing issues with contracts and service providers. Backmarket delivered the phone really fast and in excellent condition. Impressed with the packaging too. Will buy from them again, 100%

I don't recall having dealt with a less…

I don't recall having dealt with a less responsive company in all my 49 trips round the sun.
I have been attempting to transfer an old pension from an old employer (25+ years past) since around February of this year (we're now at the end of October). This has involved around 30 emails, numerous phone calls - two of which were with scam/fraud protection agencies utilised by XPS, the latest of which is a Government organisation, and with whom I have satisfactorily answered all their questions. The result of that conversation generated an email which I was instructed to forward to XPS as proof of having 'passed' the interview and that the transfer could take place as far as they were concerned, and that email was forwarded on to XPS on the 7th of October (we're now on the 23rd) with no response, no acknowledgment of receipt and no confirmation of value or transfer.

Utterly woeful.

This is how buying a used car should…

This is how buying a used car should be. From first contact when I enquired about an advert, to the point where we shook hands and I took the keys. Ollie has been great - honest, upfront and great to deal with. Communication has been open and easy - definitely recommend. No hidden surprises, and I'd buy from here again, for sure.

Absolute charlatans.

Absolute charlatans.
Sent them a perfectly functioning Oppo Find X5 Pro, which they valued at £101, they then offered £10 as the screen was 'burned' and cannot be fixed. I have video evidence that proves the contrary.
They then want to charge me £10 to return the phone to me.
An utter con.

Really not worth the effort

Really not worth the effort.

As many have mentioned already, the 'offers' and 'discounts' available are seldom any different or better than you can find with a simple search - and likely far easier to redeem.

On a couple of occasions I have tried to redeem an offer with a well known cinema chain, and just keep being sent to sign up for a Taste card (which I don't want).

I shan't be renewing, and my current card will remain in its slot in my wallet, unused.

£50 out of pocket, thanks Evri

Even though our local Evri delivery guy is great, the overall service as a sender is useless.
I sold an item on ebay on the 11th March, dropped the item off at our local shop, scanned the code that ebay provided - all doing well so far.
I was contacted by the buyer yesterday (2nd April) asking for their money back as they have not received the parcel.
When I look at the Evri tracking info, the parcel is still showing as being with me. The local shop no longer have the parcel, and I no longer have the receipt. Surely if I was able to speak to someone the system would show that the item was scanned and collected by the courier...
Yet all I seem to be able to do is either 'chat' to the bot and get nowhere, or phone the automated line, and get nowhere.
I'm not £50 out of pocket courtesy of Evri, and will never use them to send another parcel.

Edit: Thanks for the reply Louis, but having already tried the contact routes you suggested, I am unable to progres. The phone number and online methods both state that the parcel is still with me - which it isn't.
