As a regular customer of Crabtree and Crabtree once again the service was excellent. The cottage was exactly as described and booking was very easy. As part of the Kailzie estate it was in a great position, warm and welcoming and when needed within easy reach of Peebles .

The quality of the restoration is excellent and is a great way to recycle furniture whilst supporting less fortunate members of society. We have had 2 items and both look great and fit well into our decor

The delivery drivers could not be faulted in any way. They were courteous, concerned about our property and managed to get the wardrobe upstairs in our 16th Century Cottage. That was a miracle as not only there was very little manoeuvring space but our bedroom doors are cottage height and the wardrobe was taller than the doors. There is no doubt the two drivers are excellent ambassadors for the company. Thank you for a superb service.

First class product and service. Having used Ruby for slatted fence in the rear garden we bit the bullet and fenced our side gardens with their panels. Price was excellent as was lead in time

As a first time customer I needed to contact customer services re the welcome discount. My email was dealt with in minutes and the necessary discount refund issued at the same time. With so many people shopping on line it was great not to be held in a telephone queue or we'll get back to you within in 48hrs. This was a service second to none - first rate and efficient

From my initial order to delivery customer care has been second to none. Delivery was as promised efficient and on time. The product was as described and although it was my first time laying a click fix floor all went well.
