Sainsbury's is my supermarket of choice offering, I think, excellent quality, choice and value. I'm not as active as I once was so mostly have my weekly shop delivered. The drivers are always friendly and helpful, carrying the crates into the kitchen etc. The only slight complaint is when a product I have ordered is unavailable the substitutes can sometimes be a bit strange, frequently a different product from the same brand rather than a similar product from a different brand, I recently shopped in store, I was in wheelchair and the store's security guard could not have been more kind and helpful

I like the fact that I can speak to a FD colleague straight away and that they are always pleasant and helpful. My only grouse is that I always deal with our finances, especially over the telephone, as my husband is deaf and really struggles with this . With most companies he just has to confirm that it's OK for me to deal with everything. Unfortunately not First Direct.

First time I've used this company. Will definitely do so again.

Usual competitive prices and excellent friendly service

The Picea Pungens, Edith, arrived promptly and well packed. The tree seems to be healthy but I was disappointed that the lower branches had been pruned spoiling the overall shape. Also the pot was split though re-potting into a slightly larger pot wasn't a problem.

Very pleased with my Passiflora. Had a query and person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.

Ordered flowers through eFlorest as they advertised sameday delivery. However they were not able to do this. To be fair they did email me to say they were unable to find a local florist who could deliver that day, offered me next day delivery and arranged a refund as this was not acceptable. I rang a local florist myself and got sameday delivery!

With 'drop off' points at local stores it's so much easier than finding and queuing at a post office plus I haven't got to stay home all day waiting for a collection.

Although Maldon is quite a long way from Hampshire we bought several items from this company when we were fitting out our boat, mainly because the prices were competetive. We experienced fast, efficient and friendly service. 3 years ago we sailed round to the East coast and visited the Maldon chandlery where we found sailing wellie boots on offer. Unfortunately they didn't have my husband's size. No problem the lady said 'We can order them and send them to you when you get home. No P&P. It's not your fault we haven't got the size.'
