Im loving it

Easy to order. Had an offer on which i took advantage of. Delivery was within time stated. Delivery drivers were lovely and helpful and even tried to dry their feet coming into the house carrying all the bits as it was raining. It was very well packaged. Took me ages to unpack and a trip to the tip to get rid of all the packaging. Husband built the table up without any problems. After using it Husband and son found the items could be better, such as the dart board had staples in but that's what I ordered. Next time I need to spend more to get what they prefer but for now the dart board, pool table and table tennis are providing hours of fun each night for the price of a couple of family meals out.

Everyone's experience is their own and this is mine

I found the company easy to deal with. I had a question about whether it would fit through a smaller than normal doorway and messaged them and got a response really quickly. They assured me it would fit and it did. I read some 5 star and 1 star reviews so got a bit anxious. It was delivered within the times stated. There was a delay on the original date to a problem with the delivery company but these things happen. My car gets a flat tyre, won't start or fails an mot so it's not unreasonable. It was a bit disappointing but I was notified immediately, in the middle of the night actually, that they were not able to deliver. I messaged the driver and arranged for delivery the next day. The company and the driver kept me updated and responded to my texts. The deliver men were very apologetic but were both lovely and helpful. One point to note is i ordered a left hand corner and I didn't realise the left hand depends on whether you are looking at it or sitting on it. That was my fault it us something I should have checked. Fortunately it made no difference for where I was putting it. It was easy to put together. Well packaged. Its really comfortable as well.

Excellent service

I parked my car outside so a space was saved. I gave them the choice of bringing it in the front or back. They had a look and decided back was best. Asked where I wanted it. Came in 3 bits. Brought each one in carefully. It was raining and they did try and wipe their feet so as not to track the dirt in which was very considerate but I wasn't expecting it as the item looked heavy. 2 lovely men deliverers. I was kept informed about delivery and then it narrowed down to a 3hr window.

Really great product

Ive see fussy advertised a lot but didn't try it until recently. I got a discount code so thought I would give it a go. Ive tried all sorts of deodorant in the past, cheap and expensive, roll on or spray, men and women. It didn't seem to matter. My arm pits were itchy and I had an smell which overpowered the deodorant. Fussy was delivered. Leaflet to explain how to set it up. Was worried about the delay in it worwith being natural. Ive not itched or scratched since staring to use it. I can smell the overpowering smell anymore. Can still smell the deodorant by the end if the day. Ive recommended it to everyone now and they are having the same results

Not good

The parcel was hanging out the letterbox by at least 80% very easy gor someone to take. Didn't knock as someone was in all day. They did keep me informed of the delivery.

I was matched with counsellor (Clare) who worked with me over 6 weeks. Before questionnaire helped them understand me. Follow up questionnaire showed if there was any progress. Got reminder message prior to appointment. Always rang on time. Able to fit in with my schedule. Clare was great and challenged me to think about answers which was great and what I needed. Greats service would recommend

Good all round booking and updates

Booking was easy. Helpful staff at airport. Lovely welcome on the plane both times. Staff easy to locate upon landing and transfer fine about an hour journey. Delays in take off both ways. Were kept updated. Long time to wait in the airport when there are delays but its part of travelling. You can't understand what the people are saying over the tannoy in the airport so its easier to speak to someone. Was provided with information upon arrival at destination and an emergency contact for our stay. Never had to use it but it was nice to have. Was kept informed about transfer home via text. Would definitely use again. Would have given all stars apart from the delays.

I thought it was going to take 2 days…

I thought it was going to take 2 days but it took ages to arrive. I was going to get in touch. The next day I got an email to day it was being dispatched then it took ages again. I wasn't expecting it to take so long. The goods that arrived were good. They were in a brown padded envelope but not individually wrapped like I would expect.
