The person I spoke to was very helpful. But it was the second time I have experienced a damaged box of coffee. Not only was it opened but one of the sleeves of coffee was opened! I was led to believe it was up to me to contact DPD and complain! I believe this is your responsibility to make sure the box of coffee arrives safe and not up to the customer!
