Bought our first caravan elsewhere only because we needed to px our. Motor home. We however have used Leisure Sales to buy most our equipment. We found all staff to be helpful and polite at all levels from sales to equipment shop to service. I bought a new jockey wheel from them last week and they were particularly helpful in helping me in fitting it, especially Caroline and her colleagues on the Service team. Friendly bunch through out.

Booking process is rather lengthy with too many pages, entering caravan was tedious. As prevouse customers we would have thought details of both could be kept and just cofirmatoon of correctness needed if no change.

Use it in mobile wifi in caravan. Reception in all locations is almost as good as wifi at home. Yet to try in Europe but will this year. Bonus is no contract and fair price.

Good instalation set dishwasher on test run before left after 1 hour door will not open. Customer Services absolute rubbish, no one could make a decision now stuck for a week

Yet to go. Site was easy to get round, and translation adequate. Some info on bus connection and cycle routes would be helpful. Looking forward to our stay

Great Service, and easy to understand explanation of equipment and service. Go out of their way to tolerate non individual. 10 out of 10 compared to online service.

Had a huge stock of Tamiya paints and order arrived well before the given date.

Claim on my Italian property Started well but then took 3 months and numerous errors and back and forwarding before the tiny claim was paid. To have part of the claims service in Eire and part in England strikes me as extremely stupid as it means that there is much toing and froing and double handling increasing the likleyhood of misinformation and error. I would not recommend insuring an overseas property with companies using this claims group.

Mower arrived on time as promised. Awful instruction Manual could have taken better photos whith a box brownie. Manual supplied for older machine and an addendum. Parts of manual no longer apply and vital fitting instructions in comprehensable. No instructions on how to use the three grass disposal systems available. Came with two extra screws which even company didnot know what they were for. One of the nuts for the quick release handle did not have the thread fully turned through the complete nut therefore would only fit .5 cm onto the bolt. Redeemed by customer service who not only noted concerns but telephoned me back. Waiting for new nut, then can comment further.
