Customer service can be a bit slow, but they have had an incredible increase in customers in the past 12 months. I think they are a fantastic company with a great future. They will need to continue to add some paid services in order for them to become profitable but I think they are by far the best platform for UK investors at the moment,

Well, I've signed up for a great price. I can't really make any judgement on the company until I actually brake-down and need to call them. Hopefully that won't happen anytime soon.

Used them maybe 5-6 times over the last 8 years, never had any problems what so ever. Wouldn't hesitate to book through them.

I have a business account, I've called them about 10 times over the last month, waited an hour and a half every time and no one has ever answered. Of course they'll blame Covid-19, but I think it's disgraceful. I'd never bank with them.
