flat packs are the worst

This time went ok but previous times with these new flat packets meds arrived crushed packets have had to be replaced. Bring back boxes pleaseand your score would go a lot higher

Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear you have received your recent order without any issue.

Due to the nature of our service the packaging we do use Ideally needs to be small enough to facilitate letter box deliveries where appropriate but also robust enough to withstand damage to the actual medication.

As a home Delivery Pharmacy, we want the delivery to be as fast as possible. At the same time, we expect Royal Mail to handle our deliveries with great care throughout their journey. Packages reach several depots and go through multiple hands until the delivery officer delivers them to you.

There are also other factors that are outside our control such as Weather – no matter what time of the year, a package might temporarily stay on the ground while being reloaded;

Size and shape of your package, as well as the dimensions of other shipments travelling with it, the courier has other parcels in the same vehicle alongside yours. Therefore each package is somehow exposed to distortion, bigger and heavier boxes might damage the smaller ones.

Great service.

Great Service cant tell if the filament is good yet as i havent opened it, but customer service is very good.
Having now used Ooznest abs filament for a month or more i can honestly say its one of the best filaments ive had the pleasure to use.

Outraged

Im disabled I am in a wheel chair, I shouted out to the driver to wait im coming, by the time I got to the door he was driving off and the parcel was in view of anyone walking past the house, No thought of where is a secure area just thrown down and gone.

CHANGE YOUR ENVELOPES FOR PARCELS

Since the introduction of the flat packet card type envelopes you have been using i have had 3 times contacted regarding my medication turning up open or crushed for this alone i give 1 star. I have asked for meds to be sent in normal parcels not the rubbish you send out at the moment and today i get another one with crushed parcel. not impressed.

I am sorry to hear this, we will always aim to dispense the medication in a secure parcel and hope that it is with Royal Mail it is not damaged. If any parcels arrive damaged we would ask for these to be refused at delivery or send us a photo so we can raise this with the relevant department.

Great service wish id used them before…

Great service wish id used them before now. with Drs prescriptions taking longer to process and chemists sitting on the prescription for days this service is fantastic.

20/02/23 changed this from 5 star to 1 star due to receiving crushed meds on 3 consecutive orders, even after calling to complain

left parcel outside by the waste bin in…

left parcel outside by the waste bin in full view of anyone walking past. I have repeatedly told them i do not have a safe place and do not want parcels dumped out the front as have had parcels walk before. Good job i checked my emails when we got home or it would have stayed there all night. NO card left either back to hermes days shoddy service.

Worst bank ever

Worst bank ever actively gave UK account holders a time limit for closing accounts due to brexit. Funny they are now trying to get UK customers back. They proves you can't do without us. ps your reply makes no sense as i am uk based my account was set up and running until you announced all uk accounts not just mine were to close.

driver went home EARLY

waited in for a parcel that was no 81 on the route for delivery between 4:30 and 5:30pm watched the driver go past me at 5pm after having done drop 78 then watched live map as he drove straight back to the warehouse. Then up pops unexpected error your parcel will not be delivered today. MORE LIKE THE LAZY GIT WANTED TO GET HOME EARLY RATHER THAN FINISH HIS ROUND convenient the warehouse closing at 5:30 cant get in touch with them. no bloody problem with the van when he went past me. if i could i would have put 0 STARS

How many returns does it take to get right

Ordered a GREY rattan sofa and light grey cushions and chairs set for the garden. So far i have had
1, brown rattan set delivered / returned
2 grey rattan set delivered / damaged double cushion /replacement requested
3 grey single cushion delivered /returned replacement requested
4 2x Black single cushions delivered / return requested.
5 cream double cushion delivered / supervisor stated aparently web site is wrong and there is no dark grey / light grey sofa set it's a website ERROR even tho I received it and the cushion set is actually cream so that is what she has ordered
