We had their solar panels fitted 2014. Ever since they’ve plagued us with unwanted sales calls. They’ve been warned many times to stop calling us, and to remove our phone number from their records… and yet they keep persisting, their staff are disrespectful, pushy and ignorant. When we tell them to stop calling us they slam the phone down on us.

They have been warned if they keep calling us we will get the police involved as it is total harassment.
And surprise surprise, we’ve just this morning had another unwanted phone call from ‘Barney’… I told him they’ve been told to stop calling us yet again, and he claimed to be ‘new to the company’, yet a quick look at their Facebook page photos, shows he’s worked there since summer last year and he’s also rang us multiple times (I recognised his voice). And so they leave us with no option but to speak to the Police regarding harassment.

If you google their phone number 01642 061 646 and check on ‘Who Called Me’, who-called.co.uk you will see many reviews complaining about that number harassing people!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Phenomenal small business. 100% recommend.

Customer Service? Ha don’t make me laugh! There is no ‘service’. Sheer ignorance to ignore emails is what they do.
Was considering purchasing anyway and saw at checkout if you opt out of paying an extra £3.15 on top of delivery, and your goods are damaged in transit or go missing then it waivers them out of taking responsibility!!
What the hell?? I’ve never heard of such tripe and intended negligence and surely that cannot be right in this day and age.
I’ll buy similar from another brand, thanks all the same! Don’t be lulled into a false sense of security with their aesthetic website. Read the reviews.
One time I’ve been so pleased to read Trustpilot prior to a purchase ~ but in all honesty, their lack of response for months should have been enough.

I’ve been subscribed to ShowFilmFirst for over a decade and had many fantastic free experiences. From movie tickets, to live music concerts, theatre and even festival tickets. Well worth signing up (and waiting to get on their list if they’re full). Only have good things to speak of them and nothing has ever gone wrong. When I see their emails I get excited to know what they’re offering. Many times I’ve been to all sorts of shows that I wouldn’t have bought full priced tickets for, when you’re only paying the small booking fee it’s a cost effective way to take a punt and have a night out!
I’d love to see more films available these days and that’s dropped off now and it’s more London theatre based stuff I’m offered and I live in the North East…. Fingers crossed they’re working on it for 2023.

Always have a good experience with Hermes. Happy with the deliveries I’ve received so far. Timely manner and parcels have never arrived damaged and never left anywhere. Always taken away if I wasn’t in and a card through the door. Happy with their service they provide.
