Donna greeted us as we walked into the store. Asked what we were looking for, which was a reclining chair that also aided getting out of it. She showed us what was available and demonstrated them for us. She was knowledgeable and asked questions to ensure it was correct for us and also if we were looking for anything else, that she could help with. We purchased the chair. She was friendly and helpful

Had a lovely 14 day stay here and met some lovely people. Staff were friendly and helpful mostly, just a couple of exceptions due to lack of English. Food was a good selection but could have been hotter. Lovely breakfast omelettes and chef serving a speciality each night. A la carte Italian was fantastic and great service. Cafe from 12 till 17.00 serving pizzas beefburgers etc excellent, hot and freshly cooked. Patisserie was tasty but the coffee from the barista was always warm rather than hot. Beach is lovely with showers and toilets that are cleaned regularly. Resul looks after beach and sunbeds is always clearing the debris and keeping the beach clean. The hotel has people with dustpans and brushes, It is a very clean hotel. Rooms are a good size, could have done with a couple more drawers though.Staff in restaurant are great with kids, Berivan blowing kisses when they leave and she and the kids saying I love you and waving goodbye as they leave. Made for a great memory and experience. We would go back to this hotel. Research before you go as it is a bit out of town, but has a bus stop outside. I was perfect for us as it is in a quiet area.
