I have had 3 deliveries that I've bought from the same company go "missing" at the Evri depot. And customer service just have an attitude like "soz can't find it lol". Don't you think this is a pattern that should be investigated?! Add on that they leave parcels on door steps, at the wrong house, in the rain... etc. etc. USELESS!

I was looking at this company for a long time wanting to buy... literally about 2 years! A while back I asked on live chat about an item, and the advisor was kind of rude, and it put me off ordering. I figured maybe a one off/bad day, and hinted to my husband, who bought me one of the suprise bundles for my birthday. The items are lovely, they were packaged just like the videos, they look like they do online, and I love them. It's a good value bundle and great items. BUT, my husband said he also had a bad experience with customer service - a kind of rude response when asking a question. It's a shame the customer service is a let down when the items are so lovely!
Edit to add: after this when I went to wear one of the bracelets for the first time, it was missing a stone! Customer service was good doing a return/replace. So... make of this mixed bag review what you will

I could not select any of the options to deliver to safe space or neighbour or rearrange delivery, live chat said the seller didn't provide my address so they can't do anything?! How they delivering then?! Now it's been delivered left on my doorstep when I'm not there, thanks a lot Yodel

Products perfect as usual. However this time my items were delivered in a bag rather than the usual box. You could feel throuh the bag that it was a dildo/vibrator! Embarrassing getting that off the postie! Not impressed with that aspect.
