Had issues but it was eventually resolved

Paid a lot of money for a book for my sons birthday present.

They printed something wrong in the book.

Refused to acknowledge my complaint properly or rectify their mistake.

Extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend them.

I used to like them as a company and this was actually the 4th book I ordered from them and it will now be my last.

They did eventually agree to reprint.
Which has arrived today and appears to be ok

Highly recommend.
Great free gift when you sign up.
Great variety of wines/grapes allowing you to try new wines you might not have before. I love that you can send one of boxes as gifts too.

Incompetent driver.

Didn't even bother knocking on my door or ringing my doorbell to see if anyone was home, driver juat chucked my parcel over my 6ft gate and left (i have all this on my door bell cam as it activated when the delivery driver walked passed). I had left my safe place as leave with neighbour if no one home... clearly can't follow instructions as well as being in able of knowing on the door/ ringing door bell.

Used for years

Never had an issue with il makiage, I have been using them for 2/3 years now. The skin tone match works great and the Shade it recommend is great. I have 2 shades one for after I've been on holiday and I'm tanned and one for the rest of the time and they are both really good. I also love the concealer and they recommend the right matches for that too. I've just ordered the primer and I cannot wait to try it out

Item on top shelf of locker

Item on top shelf of locker. Pushed so far back in the compartment I couldn't see it and had to use the camera on my phone to see if there was even a parcel in there. I then nearly broke my neck/legs jumping to get the parcel from the back of the locker.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company! Would give 0 stars if we could! And you ruined our holiday!
We recently used Hertz to hire a car whilst in Italy, we collected and returned to Pisa Airport.
We returned the car at 08:15 approx. and was told by the lady in reception that this was an out of hours hand in despite 3 members of staff being there and they could not do the inspection until 9am, we hand the car over in good condition. 15 minutes later whilst in the airport we go our inspection report stating that damage had been found to the front bumper so severe that the whole bumper needed replacing! This obviously ruined our holiday as where then stuck in the airport waiting for our flight, no way to sort out this issue and email telling us €2000 will be deducted from our account for the damage. Yet they could not inspect whilst we where there as they did not start until 9am… clearly a lie and a great excuse/chance for them to put false damage claim through!
Checking the picture on the form in the email sent you could see no damage not that it was easy to tell as they were very small and extremely poor quality!
Luckily, we took pictures of the car in the returns point which clearly showed no damage!
Within the email sent to us was a hyperlink with a link to the email address to raise a dispute, we immediately typed up an email raising our dispute attaching our evidence only to receive an automated response stating this email address was no longer in use (what an absolute joke) clearly this is another step Hertz have taken to try and put people off raising a dispute so they can falsely try and take money from innocent people.
I scoured the internet to finally find another email address and tried again, success I got an automated response saying my email have been received and responded to in 7-10 working days.
You did contact us back quicker then 7-10 days and admitted you had lied sand there was no damage and cleared off the claim.
Too late damage has been done, would NEVER use you again, would NEVER recommend you to anyone only warn them away from a company that scams their customer
We hired 2 cars this holiday as there was 8 of us and gave you £1700 of our hard-earned money to be treated like this, and our holiday for everyone involved ended on a very sour note.
It always makes me wonder how many other innocent customers you have scammed like this and they have had to pay out as they didn’t have the photo evidence to back up their claim.

Would give 0 stars if I could!

Still the same old hermes just hiding it with a new name.
Still threw my parcel with fragile plastered all over it over my 6ft fence.
Despite the big a4 note I laminated and stuck to my front door telling them not too. And I have caught him doing it on My cctv which I had installed because all hermes drivers seems to like to throw my parcels over my gate when they say fragile.
So far they have damaged
£30 worth if beer annxmas present
£75 worth of lush bath bombs
£20 worth of wine glasses
£40 bottle of gin
And the latest one yesterday
£180 Waterford crystal vase.
They where a disgrace under hermes and are now a disgrace under Evri
Wouldn't recommend them if they paid me

Worst customer service I have ever received

Hermes delivered to the wrong address, called shoezone. And the person I spoke to had the worst service skills I've ever come across. Rude and bad service asked for a manager and all I was told they are not customer facing and don't speak to customers. I've never heard such rubbish in my life. When I asked his name he refused and then told me his first name is Just and his last name was Alex... again what a load of rubbish. He never put my miss delivery search through so never contacted in regards to this. Still have no idea where mu shoes where delivered! Doesn't look like I'm getting them or my money back because if you call customer service you people like Just Alex that speak to you like crap and never actually investigate your missing delivery. Awful service received and would not recommend.
I worked as a manager in a call centre and would put agents in to disciplinary for his attitude and behaviour on the phone. Don't know his real name he probably lied about that too. I highly doubt his name was Just Alex

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in the level of service provided by our courier and Customer Services Team. Please be assured that I shall review and escalate your comments with regards to the level of service received with my Management team directly.

As you have advised that you hadn’t received the order, it is our procedure to confirm the delivery address with yourself and provided any additional information on the tracking that you may have not already seen. If you have not been able to identify the location from this information or locate this by checking with neighbours or secure locations, we then must escalate this with the courier to request for any additional information. This is a 24 – 48 hour process.

I have checked our system and can see that Alex has followed this procedure and contacted the courier for you, the courier has since responded and advised that the driver has confirmed delivery was made to the correct address provided.

As your order has been delivered to a business address, we can only advise for you to check with all personnel that may have accepted this on your behalf.

Fantastic driver- above and beyond

Driver nh90 delivered my wickes order today, Job number 57650143.
The driver went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was completed. Unfortunately we where not able to be at the property for delivery due to an emergency, the Nottingham office kindly contacted the driver and arranged for him to leave in a safe place. The driver ensured this went in my shed yo stay dry and made sure he closed the shed and the gate to my back garden ensuring everything was left safe and secure. Fantastic service and would highly recommend

Disgusting company.

Disgusting company.
Hold my sofa at random because they refuse to comprise on delivery dates. Ans give people less then 24 working hours for a delivery date and just expect people to be able to drop everything so they can deliver when they want. We cant just get time off work for a monday when being told friday afternoon.
Because I cant do the monday my order has immediately been processed by them to return it to the company I ordered it from.

Great customer service

Recently ordered takeaway from the Nottingham branch and I found a plastic lid inot my food! I called and spoke to the manager Chris who was very appolagetic and he really sent out my whole order (not just my dish) and refunded the whole order too
Started off bad but chris'so great customer service redeemed them!

Quick and easy

Very easy to use, I used a groupon voucher and got a lot of contacts for my money a lot more then I would at specsavers for the same price! I'm really happy with the service and they deliver very quickly what more could you ask for
