After a mess up by my Dr surgery and no appointments available at my local hospital I was referred to the Bromsgrove HH surgery. The receptionist was welcoming, the Dr lovely and the nurse with him friendly. It was a little inconvenient not being able to be seen at my local hospital but the Dr was lovely and put me at ease and sorted my problem with a quick follow up appointment made straight away.

Second time I have used Ardens in the last five years. From the initial valuation to the exchange of contracts the staff kept me updated on the progress of my sale in a friendly and helpful manner. They did a lot of viewings and with 4 best and final offers and I got my asking price. Would highly recommend, especially after dealing with other local agents who were less than professional in their dealings with my search for a property.

Ordered 10 pyracantha to plant a hedge along a new fence. The plants arrived, well packaged and a good size. Excellent value.

Delivery arrived and was unloaded slowly and planks etc left on drive. As there are no written instructions sent with summerhouse, and I do not have access to a printer, had to use downloaded pictures on my phone, not ideal. The carpenter and I struggled to know which planks etc were which as no markings and there was alot of guesswork. It took two solid days with two of us working on it and was probably the most difficult thing I've ever put together. The chap I paid to help was going to leave unpaid as he said that he didn't feel he had done a good job as it was such a difficult building to put together. I'm good at flat pack furniture and fortunately managed to fathom out most of the instructions but as a lady in her 60's two 10 hour days was hard work. I think that a simple pencil marking on the planks /beams etc or banding them in sections (base/flooring/walls/roofing etc) would be a massive help as would printed instructions included. Anyway it's up and ready for painting and I hope to be enjoying some relaxing time in it.

Have several of the pleat fronted stretch fabric tunics so thought I would try something different. The tops are more fitted around the bust but skim over the tummy and hips nicely. The fabric is more "dressy" so will be nice for evenings out with linen/more dressy trousers.

Ordered a cordless mower after receiving one from another company that did not work. It arrived quickly, was easy to set up and is great for my small garden.

The young bearded chap that has delivered a few things to me is lovely. Respectful of property and always a cheery smile.
