RAC Warranty a good investment

Have used for 2nd year now on 9 year old Range Rover; the warranty is well worth it; have had 1-2 claims a year which have been settled without any drama or dispute; my local garage identified the issue and provided a quotation, the RAC warranty team validated, authorised and paid the garage directly so not even any admin on my side. Recommended!

Review of The Silverstone Experience

Silverstone Caterham Drift Experience

Received as a birthday, the couple of hours for this experience could not have been more enjoyable.
Before actual start, visit the museum and coffee shop. Then head to the viewing gallery over Silverstone track for instructions,everyone very welcoming and friendly. Family, friends, picnic all encouraged. Three man team, led by Christian, really made the experience so more fun. The raw feels of the Caterhams superb, although a little tight for my XL size, was an absolute blast. If you have a petrol head in the family, they will certainly have a cracking day and be smiling all day long. Highly Recommended.

Another booking and change of flight details on our side; however, Southall Travel always very professional and took all the time needed to make the changes and find the next best cost effective options. Our experience with all the Southall Travel customer service agents has been excellent and today, Evan, was definitely very patient, kind to explain all the options and provided a very good experience to deal with the bookings and changes. Would highly recommend.

AgileCRM - Marketing Campaign features

AgileCRM: Needed help to understand how to target specific emails to multiple different groups. After a session with AgileCRM expert, Peter Brown, all was explained very easily and videos recorded for future reference. Very helpful indeed and another reminder how flexible AgileCRM is!

Excellent Service Evans Bishop Centre Maidenhead

Evans Bishop Centre Maidenhead - excellent in store experience and service from Kieran and Tom. Took in my Pinnacle Arkose 3 for a service. Great advice on not needing to change tyres just yet, cycle received much needed full clean and looks like brand new again; very good value. Had to revisit for a puncture repair and Kieran kindly changed the tube and didn't even charge anything. Great service and offers in store - I would happily recommend.

Motolegends Great Service; Great Value, Great Advice; Go There!!

Visited twice; advice on jackets, waterproofs, jeans, boots, gloves has been 2nd to none. The team are genuinely offering best advice which may also be "don't buy". The Motolegends videos of great help for research before by.

A number of friends had recommended however, I was concerned that such a personalised service would be an expensive visit. Bottom line, the quality and detailed knowledge of the products is 2nd to none and since I'd rather reduce risk of buying motorcycle gear plus the ML price guarantee of competitors price matched and dropped by 10%, the actual experience of purchase a very sound decision indeed.

In addition Chris kindly asked Rukka to resolve a zip issue, even though the jacket was not purchased from ML, who (both Rukka and ML) very kindly didnt charge anything; this type of service just isn't available now days.

Your journey there will not be wasted and after 1-2 visits, I've become a fan and wont consider buying from anywhere else!

Good service, very competitive rates, recommended

Rented a van from the Slough branch.
Online experience better than others but since I was close by, I dropped in to ask about the right van size. Vans were new, staff were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Rates were very competitive. Femi Adeogun helped me clearly to choose the right insurance and protection to ensure any damage excess was manageable and dealt with me very professionally. I would definitely go back and recommend.

One of the best bike dealers in country

Have been going to OYB for 14 years; Bought two Ducati’s; serviced several bikes; the sales and after sales is excellent, the range if bikes (and clothing) is huge and the surrounding roads superb for any day trip. The guys are there to help solve problems; particularly, Mike, Head of Ducati Sales at On Yer Bike always find a way to help and find the right deal. Highly recommended and trustworthy for your next new Ducati, Aprilia or Kawasaki purchase, oh and there’s a huge range of 2nd bikes also.

Great service from Foxton's in Purley

Great service from Foxton's, always able to get through to the right person by phone, we dealt with Purley/Croydon office, particularly Diana Chiper, who went above and beyond to get our complications sorted without a single problem being raised. The Foxton's follow up process of automated tools/online document signing etc just the right balance to have human contact but self service on the parts which don't need any help. Highly recommended. Shocking Customer Service and constant price rises

I've now left due to the shocking approach to their service and billing. 18 month contract clearly states £37.50 and they have snuck in two price increases with 12 months. Much worse is the overall Customer Service; though I have nothing against the poor people who work in off-shore contact centres; they are now chasing me for unpaid bill whilst they won't acknowledge they have been over charging me and it's Virgin who owe me money. Have tried all to resolve amicably and reasonably but now after a 45 minute call, the Call Centre Agent who called herself Brenda, has terminated the call when there was nothing else they could do. This leaves the customer with more admin and letters to deal with. Really dreadful service, life's top short to waste precious time so hope these reviews help others to choose the right brand for themselves.

Excellent Sales, Servicing and Shop Experience

Since 2019, I've purchased two motorcycles from Wheels, used the servicing dept and purchased jeans and boots and other clothing items.
Why bother to travel 220 mile round trip ?
1) Sales, care, information, best offer price has been 2nd to none and fun (thanks particularly to Joe Scott),
2) Service dept have done a great job and accommodated replacement bike when needed and found to be cheaper than others (not to mention the Wheels lifetime guarantee offer),
3) The knowledge and patience of the very friendly clothes sales team has been superb in helping me buy exactly what I needed and nothing more (in person as well as online). Dealing with exchanges of items was quick and easy.
