Interminable phone loop

My medication was delivered with no problem. I then received an e-mail from you telling me that you'd sent my prescription to my GP but had not heard back despite my already having received it. So, helpfully, I decided to phone you to let you know and then got stuck in an interminable and excrutiating loop where I couldn't speak to anyone. You need provide another way to contact you other than just by phone; your "no-reply" e-mail just isn't helpful. I struggle to see how the patient care team can be "award-winning" if I can't even get through to them...

With regards to the email you received, it appears a request was still pending on your account, these requests are suppose to close once we receive a prescription, so I am sorry if this did not happen.

Product is great, packaging dreadful, Vax response dreadful

Product is great. However, I have a major issue with amount of plastic packaging used in its delivery. Polystyrene instead of cardboard, sealed bottles wrapped in plastic, quite simply not good enough. As a large company, Vax should be leading the charge to a non-plastic future.

The response I received from Vax was also utterly vapid - no attempt to address the plastic issue at all. Vax, you need to pay attention to this.

I haven't received my trainers two…

I haven't received my trainers two weeks after ordering. Mainly an issue with HErmes, but no news on my replacement shoes.
