Ordered 2 bandsaw blades (2 for the price of one) online on Sunday 18th received conformation on Monday, Tuesday received receipt and on Thursday received the well packed blades. Very good efficient service.

Martin (the fitter) turned up well within time. He was very friendly, jovial and a knowledgeable chap. Carried out a repair and service in a clean and professional manner. Good price quoted and the OAP reduction clinched the deal!!!

I ordered parts for my car on Monday with a 3 to 5 working day delivery time, recieved e-mail Tuesday stating Tuffnells had received goods and would be delivered soon, Wednesday another e-mail saying goods would be delivered that day. 3pm driver was knocking on my door with parcel. So I got my parts 2 days after ordering great service, I would not hesitate to recommend Tuffnells to family and friends.
