Its a brilliant channel. Love the choices and scope of different films. Hopefully more films will be added.
The only thing i would love to see is
When you watched a film , somehere it should say that you watched it. Sometimes i forget ive watched it and start watching it again. Wasting time looking for a film i have not seen

It was great to renew my caravan…

It was great to renew my caravan insurance again with CETA . Great value. It was done straightaway in little time. But what took so long was the address was partly wrong,this was a mistake by CETA not me. Trying to explain was a nightmare. But got it sorted after 12 mins.

Ordering with Materlan is brilliant on-…

Ordering with Materlan is brilliant on- line its easy,straight forward and good value.
The only thing thats puts me off is the delivery.its bad.
One thing i would add is to put the name and address in bigger letters,so these delivery drivers can see. It may help them.

This is 3rd time ive ordered of…

This is 3rd time ive ordered of Materlan. Ive not had a delivery out of those 3 times. First one was delivered to wrong house.the second was damaged in Transit and yesterday the parcel suppose to come between 1400 and 1800 and it didnt arrive. Its not Materlan. Its there delivery people . Very poor service and lets the name of Materlan down.

At present, we outsource our deliveries to the Evri courier company, we rely heavily on them to uphold our high standards of service and after-care. It would appear that you have been let down and for that I apologise.

It was so easy to order on- line

It was so easy to order on- line. Brilliant service. I ordered between Christmas and New Year. So i expected a delay. So i phoned and spoke to customer services. They was excellant and receive my item within 2 days. It was the right size and the corners were rounded.. Great service and would buy again off them.

As i said before.it went to wrong house…

As i said before.it went to wrong house opened and looked if had been tried on and then gave it to a local postman who delivered it. I was left a message on here last time.to contact someone from Materlan privately. But there was no contact number or email to contact that person.

What a waste of time trying to find a email address on Matalan.Poor.

Items was brilliant. But the delivery was a day late after paying for next day delivery. They said they tried to deliver but i was not in. I was in all day.

I am sorry we were unable to fulfil the delivery option which you opted for. We never expect delays of this nature to occur and do everything we can to deliver within expected time frames, especially when you have paid for an express service. I can see that this has since been delivered to you and I hope that you are happy with the item which you have received. Due to the delays which you have experienced, I have refunded the delivery surcharge (the extra paid for the next day delivery compared to our basic delivery). While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
