Great experience

It was my first ever experience of an interview and it was quite surreal how it ran seamlessly. I was particularly impressed with how quickly Zara could take my response to one question and used that to formulate the next question. Amazing!

Highly recommended

The massage was a birthday gift - and I'm glad I took it up, even though it was difficult finding the time to attend the session. It was a really good session that relaxed my muscles and helped to pinpoint where I had tight knots in my body.

Andy took time to explain the process, and he knows his job well. I left the place feeling both refreshed and invigorated.

Great service!

I knew I needed a large amount of money to meet my business needs but I was skeptical I could get that amount. So, I asked for a lower amount.

I discussed my doubts with Daniel and outlined what the money was for, especially the need to replace an existing loan with rates that were choking my business.

I was surprised when he was able to get me a loan for the full amount (which I thought I couldn't get), and at a monthly rate less than half the loan I needed to replace. That really put a smile on my face :-)

Great experience!

The repayments are choking but the simplicity of the funding process is great. One feature that I've made use of a couple of times is extending the loan by taking additional amounts. It is automated, it is simpl and the funds get into your account within minutes.

Very good customer service, and good deal

I am surprised to read some of the negative comments here. My experience with Janet was totally positive. Someone gave me her number, that she could get me a good deal - and I'm glad they did.

It was a family trip so I needed to book for 5 people. We were all leaving at different times and had staggered returns. I loved the way Janet was dedicated to our cause, as it was not easy to get all of us exactly what we needed. But she did!

In fact, when 1 person made a last minute change to their schedule, Janet was able to work that in too. She even got us Premium Economy on the return trip, which was a pleasant surprise. I know people whose ticket cost same as ours but they were Economy out leg and return leg.

We went on the trip and came back without any issues. Thanks, Janet!

Maybe it worked for other people but it didn't work for me. All I got was a scanned version of my document, everything still in my handwriting 😞

Very disappointed this time, even though Yodel have been good in the past

These were Valentine flowers for my wife who was going to work for a night shift. I paid extra to ensure delivery today, hoping that the flowers would be delivered early. But delivery was at 8:30pm!!! By then, Valentine celebrations were over and my wife had left for work. Very disappointed.

You really need to try Journee, no kidding!

We took a step of faith going with Journee, and I can tell you now that we were not disappointed at all. We will definitely be doing this with Journee again!

To be sent to a mystery destination was really exciting and then finding out the destination was a place we'd always wanted to visit was just crazy.

Journee sorted out flights and checked us in on each flight - all we had to do was arrive at the airport and walk straight to the gates.

The hotel booked for us was perfect, and the walking distance to the seafront was just right. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel booking included breakfast. They organised excursions for each day and the excursions were bang on - very interesting and informative. The healing springs of Pozar, the ruins of Dion and Mount Olympus.

And to think that the total cost was less than what we told Journee we were willing to spend! It was such a fantastic experience and we will be doing this again. Oh, I already said that, didn't I? :-)

Seriously, you need to try Journee. They do everything exceptionally well, and take the hassle out of doing the bookings yourself. And if you love the excitement of a mystery destination, then you must try this.

Stay away from these scammers!!

Stay away from these scammers!!! I really don't know how anyone could score them 5 stars when the only service they provide is to steal your money.

They have nothing to do with paying for your vehicle tax. If you have any interaction with them, it is at your own risk - they will take money from your bank account on a monthly basis but you still have to pay DVLA for the tax you thought you'd paid!

You've been warned!

EDIT:
Today (22NOV2022), I was asked to amend my review because I do not have an account with vehicleinformation.uk. However, I am not amending it because there is no way to have an account with them unless you have made a payment, or at least provided your card details. And there is no way I am falling for that.

Information regarding vehicle tax status is freely available on the DVLA website so no need to pay these guys. My car is fully taxed now but their website still tells me it is untaxed, and says it expired today! That's fraudulent.

I used the details of my other car and there was no notification if the car was taxed or not. All I got on the next page was a request to pay. So, I guess their system correctly picked up the tax status of the 2nd car but still won't tell me what I am paying for before asking for my card details.

If they are not scammers, the info at the bottom of the page (about 24-hr access for 50p and monthly charge of £7.95) should be placed at the top of the screen so it is clear what exactly customers are paying for.

Ordering and delivery were quite simple

I was a bit skeptical about ordering online, especially when they said they could deliver the very next day. But it all went well and delivery happened exactly when they said. I missed a call/text from the delivery team but luckily someone was home to receive them. I was told that Gabriel and Kaspar were great with the delivery.
