Disappointed

Sorry to say that the plug plants had either not been placed securely into the “cells” or alternatively come loose in transit,
In total maybe a quarter/ third of plans had come loose,
This is NOT in keeping with your normal standards and disappointing,

A very easy booking process.

A very easy booking process.
A great customer experience on arrival, so easy to park up next to ship and hand keys over,
On our return the car was parked as close as can be, even though the ship came into a different birthing spot,
Would highly recommend and no hesitation to use again,

That’s very poor,

You need an option to purchase multiple items in same transaction,

5 star service all the way.

5 star service all the way.

From first using the website to research resorts and hotels and the great search engine on website , to making booking over the phone and then the relevant info sent to us in advance of travel.

The actual holiday and our expectations of what we booked, service levels and assistance was all as we hoped and expected.

Without any doubt will look to use Jet2 again in near future.

What a joke company

What a joke company - in my experience!

Yes, I’m sorry to say that my own personal experience of this company leaves a lot to be desired.

They are a joke,

And yes I’m frustrated and angry as I type this,

We had jointly agreed to a 7pm appointment last night which was fully confirmed by Honey on day.

As the Honey representative had not arrived by 7.20pm I tried to telephone the company to understand what was happening.

No out of office hours service - very poor.

Then at 7.25 pm I get a text message to say that due to unforeseen circumstances the meet was not going to happen,,,,,,,,,,,
,,,
I guess we all know that unforeseen circumstances can happen - but the sceptic in me thinks the rep was simply still dealing with her earlier appointment.

This morning I then get a text message asking me to rate my appointment and the rep.
Very poor was my reply,

This automated text was then followed by a telephone call from Sean at Honey who I imagine was dealing with a call list, he was a little flustered and did not know why he was calling me,,,,,,,,,,,asking if I had had a good meet, to then asking if I needed to rebook or if I had cancelled.

Joke.

If Sean had started off correctly and advised what the unforeseen circumstances where and offered some kind of apology I guess I may be leaving a different type of review - but clearly that’s not the case.

Very poor customer service in my experience.

I have been a member since the club…

I have been a member since the club first opened quite a few years ago.

So, guess I must be pleased with some aspects of club to remain a member for so long,
But I do feel frustrated in that the club consistently fail to respond to member feedback or act on it,

Review of Travel Center

Disappointing!

Earlier this week I used Travel Center for the first time after having contact and regular emails from them over the last year or so.
The travel agent I was allocated was Jack Randall who seemed very knowledgeable and efficient.
As a result I booked a 9 day trip to Dubai with Jack for my wife and myself.
On making the booking at that stage I was thinking that a review would be either 4 or 5 stars.
However within 12 hours of us confirming and paying deposit I am sorry to say that I was left both frustrated and disappointed to be advised that the agreed holiday cost, despite us reaching agreement with Travel Center and paying deposit was to be increased by around 10%.

Not good at all!

On advising Jack by email of such frustrations and disappointment and that it would be reflected in the review he then called me asking me not to leave such a review as it would 'go against him'.

Sorry Jack.

I note the response from Travel Center and yes, they did offer a discount - but the discount was conditional and I dont think they will enjoy me sharing this with you.
Once i had posted the review above I got a call from Jack saying how disappointed he was to read what I had stated - although he did agree it was all true.
Jack went onto say that his own commission that he earns would be affected by my review and he wanted to know if I may be able to consider altering my review to give him more stars so he gets his commission. I was not wanting to alter as I did feel my review was a fair summary which Jack as i say agreed with.
I then received a call from Edward at Travel Center who offered me a discount of £150 on the revised price if I altered review and changed both the title and number of stars. - And Its not just my word on this- I have an email from Edward confirming the offer.

We feel extremely saddened that you feel like all the dealings with us have been disappointing as this is not a standard we wish to achieve. We hope that the below would provide clarity to the sequence of events resulting in the above concern being raised. There was an unfortunate increase in the price offered by Jack due to the revised prices of the hotels as a result of the increased demand from the Dubai Expo event. This, in combination with the contract prices being offered as opposed to the system prices, resulted in the price hike. Price fluctuations are unfortunately beyond our control, and as a result of the inconvenience caused, a discount was offered from our end. We hope that the above would provide clarity to the sequence of events resulting in the above concern being raised and hope that you would give us another chance to show you the service we are truly capable of providing, thus enabling us to change your perception of our company. Looking forward to hearing from you for your next reservation.

I have just completed my DB pension transfer with Pension Works and I have been impressed with what they have done and how slick an operation they have.
From start to finish of the process they ensured I was fully advised and informed on each stage of transfer.
All in all, a great service at a competitive price.
