I accidentally put 10 am instead of…
I accidentally put 10 am instead of 10pm for collection time. I realised as soon as I hit the pay button.
I called customer service and was told albeit politely it cannot be changed.
It was a deal and non refundable. I did not ask for a refund or to change the date or car. I asked to changed the time error from 10am to 10pm.
I have been told no not possible.
The car will not be held for 12 hours. I either pick the car up on time or that is it.
I then emailed asking if there was anything could be done.
The only reply I have had is a request to write a review with this link.
I have no idea what to do next or how to deal with this.

Hi,
I checked your booking and can confirm that you chose a non-refundable special offer. These come at an even lower cost than the rest, but they cannot be cancelled or modified in any way.
We can assure you that this info is clearly displayed on the website before you book.
It's important to note that we work with many, many hire companies and offer a variety of rental options. Many of which do allow free cancellation and modification.
If you are not going to use the reservation please note that you do have the option to cancel the Platinum insurance at least. Simply use the link in the confirmation email or the 'My Booking' section of the website and make sure to request it before the collection date.
