I wrote a message about this company a couple of weeks ago here. This was before I received my product. That time I wrote I was very happy to find a whey Isolate product. However I was out too soon with a good review. Stupid me! Now to the real facts about this company!
I ordered a whey isolate 5kg product and received a whey concentrate 2x2.5kg product. I contacted the company, they insisted that I got the right product, their customer service is appalling also.
I got a message saying well we can see you got the right product, so everything is fine at our end! How can you send a message to a customer in that manner.
I want to warn people about ordering from this company. When you order, it shows up as the product you want, but after you’ve placed the order then it’s changed to another product, if they do not have what you require. Instead they mislead you into thinking you ordered this product! They are misleading customers and I have spoken to several customers now who had the same experience as me!
Do not buy from this company, they are scammers!

We reserved a table at Knud Hundested on the 1st of August. It was our wedding anniversary and we reserved the table for outside. When we arrived, we were told that we had to have a table inside as there was no table available outside. So, eventually they got us a table outside but we were put in the shade, where it was cold and no sun and the wind was blowing so we had to ask for a blanket.
We ordered our food and we got mushrooms on toast to start with. It was a very small piece of toast, over cooked mushrooms, which cost over 120kr. However we didn't complain. The waitress came and took our plates and we were waiting for our main course. 30 minutes went by and we asked, is it coming soon. Oh! yes, yes she said I've just checked and it's nearly there, 20 minutes later we asked again. Oh it's coming now, I promise! 65 minutes after our starter we got irritated and asked where is our main, it cannot take that long???.
She checked again with the kitchen and came back and said, I'm sorry but your order seemed to have gone missing. We were furious, as she lied and said that it was almost there on two occasions. However she was more occupied with cleaning the other tables than she was with the customer service.
We asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes she brought on another girl who was not a manger!
We had to leave the restaurant on our wedding anniversary, without our food. Oh! and they made us pay 260kr for our starter!!! Great Customer Service!!!
This was the second time that this happend at Knud.
Last time, we went there to eat, there was another couple who experienced the same as us and they waited one and a half hours and ended up not getting any dinner in the end!
This restaurant is a numbers game! Overpriced food and the customer does not matter to them! Shame on them! I will never go to this restaurant again!!!

This is a terrible company, that is ripping of customers with over priced products and agressive sales people. They are out on the street, trying to lure customers in to the shop. Please don’t be fooled. I had a terrible experience after they tried some products on my face and I broke out in a terrible rash. I purchased the products before I realised I was allergic to them. They conned me out of 950 euro. I am going to run a court case against them.
They have a beauty salon down the side street as well and they trick you into going for a facial, and they pull you into an office afterwards to try and sell you more stuff.!!!They are cheats & liars
and the Consumer protection Authority need to know what they are doing. They con a lot of people but especially older and vulnerable tourists out of a lot of money! Shame on them!!!
