Great Team of Fossil Roermond Outlet

I recently purchased a watch from the Fossil store in Roermond in August, and a few weeks ago, I noticed some issues with the leather strap. Although leather straps aren’t covered under the standard warranty, I reached out to the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Monika. Her customer service was nothing short of exceptional.

She not only understood the issue immediately but also went above and beyond to provide me with a new leather strap. Monika’s quick response, friendly attitude, and willingness to assist made the entire experience incredibly positive.

It’s rare to find such attentive and proactive customer service, and I’m truly impressed by Fossil’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend both the brand and their fantastic team!

Fraud and Misleading information

What a fraud company and they should be blacklisted due to misleading approach towards customers. At-least skyscanner should remove them from their portal.

I booked my flight via them for Qatar Airways and paid them with my credit card. After 2 hours of my booking and payment, they send me an email and inform me that I need to pay 146 Euro extra on top of already paid price because airline change the price of the ticket.

I booked many tickets via Skyscanner but never had this before that you paid for a price mentioned on the website and then they ask you for more because of any reason.

This is very non-professional approach and it must be under fraud or misleading marketing approach.

Cheater, Fraud & Bad manners with customers

I am writing you this email after getting frustrated with this company called Baasisgek from where I bought Profoon PDX 7330 under the order order # 78056 which we received on 2nd of October 2020, It is a Profoon PDX 7330 TRIPLESET and after charging all 3 sets we found out all of 3 were defected so one has no display at all (only blue light but no words on the screen) and other one has missing display so we could only see half of the words and third one does not get charged at all.

On the same day, we send pictures and reported this issue to bassisgek via email and also via WhatsApp. They did not reply any of my email since and then I called them few times but they kept telling me from last 2 weeks that they have send the new phone to us which we did not receive till today.

As I requested them on WhatsApp about the tracking number few times so I could see where is this order at moment but instead of giving me tracking number, he only told me via WhatsApp that it is on my way but unfortunately, I am not sure where it is or it has been sent because it could not take 2 weeks delivery time within Netherlands.

Now he seems like blocked my mobile number so I was not able to reach him but from another number I dialed in today and he received the call.

I am really surprised that in country like Netherlands where business people are very professional and customer oriented, these kind of companies exist.

After I made my complain at Klachtenkompas, he send me a WhatsApp ordering me to remove this complain otherwise they will not send me new product or not even my money which is direct threat to a consumer.

I hope this company will be investigated by the consumer protection department of Netherlands and make sure they do not cheat and commit fraud with buyers as I realized on internet by reviews they got from consumers that they are very known for these kind of activities.

most easiest and productive experience.

I changed my internet via them and I must say it has been one of the most easiest and productive experience.

Offer was very clear and all the details were easy to understand. They offered a cash back as well which I received in my bank account earlier than they communicated on their site.

So in general was a great experience and I would recommend this site to all who wants to make change to their existing contracts.
