Service-Mitarbeiter weigerte sich, die Kündigung anzunehmen, und behauptete fälschlicherweise, dass eine Rufnummernmitnahme nicht möglich sei

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice des Mobilanbieters enttäuschend. Ich wollte meinen Vertrag kündigen und meine Rufnummer mitnehmen, aber der Service-Mitarbeiter weigerte sich, die Kündigung anzunehmen, und behauptete fälschlicherweise, dass eine Rufnummernmitnahme nicht möglich sei. Später stellte sich heraus, dass diese Information falsch war. Ich erwarte ehrliche Kommunikation und besseren Service.

Incapable of solving a simple problem…

Incapable of solving a simple problem by account opening

I opened an account in Norisbank this Jan. After PostIdent verification, I received several post letters including welcome letters and card secret codes. However, the most importat letter that contains the customer card with an account number did not arrive. I assume it was just lost some where in the way.

After waiting for one month, I called the support line and asked to send the lost letter again. Since I don't have the account number, they could not help me, transferred me to another department, than back, than again to some other department, then just asked to wait a couple of weeks. Three other calls after two weeks gave the same results.

Today, 6 months later, I called them again, was told by the customer service representative that without the account number she can not help me. I insisted that she solves the problem instead of expaining me that she can not do it. As a response she just hang up, so to say in the face.

Looks like their departments are not cooperating with one another, and the customer service people don't have any interest in providing a service.

Handle broke after 1 week of use

Handle broke after 1 week of use

I bought a Piquadro quite expensive Piquadro bag for 320 Euro, after one week of use the handle broke, as well as a decorative plate on the buckle fell off. Looks like a really low quality production.

I brought the bag to the seller and got it repaired for free, however had to wait for one month for the repair.

The quality definitely do not correspond to the price.

The search was very user friendly and…

The search was very user friendly and efficient. The prise of the vehicle was great. No bad surprises at the car taking point, not bad surprises at the car return point.
