Having previously left a bad review about the service I received from John Lewis, I am now writing to say how impressed I was by the way the matter was dealt with by the lady in customer relations. From the onset she was extremely professional and polite and dealt with the matter swiftly and correctly. After the way she dealt with my issues I decided to once again shop with John Lewis and went ahead and reordered my BlackBerry mobile phone. Thanks for all your help!

I will never buy from John Lewis again. I am absolutely disgusted how I've just been spoken to regarding a current order of a Blackberry mobile phone. I have regularly purchased expensive items from John Lewis but never again!
Thank you for your response but this is not the issue here. It's the arrogance and rudeness of your staff in the Scottish call centre
