Thanks for rectifying this problem. Restored my faith in the company.

On this occasion I am only giving 1 star.
I ordered a Harmonica (not a cheap 1)
When it arrived 3 notes were not working. I sent an email and was told to send video/audio evidence. Tried that but files to large for Gmail.
I have spent a fair bit money with this company in the past.
1st real issue I've had. But has put me off using again.
This has now been resolved thanks.

Shocking delivery service

Shocking delivery service. Ordered insulation that was advertised with a roll of silver tape and a metal hole saw. Insulation arrived but nothing else. Apparently the hole saw is with the courier and I never add the code that was in small print to get the silver tape...
DON'T ADVERTISE IT AS COMING WITH. SAY USE CODE AT CHECKOUT... NEARLY SWORE. Poor delivery service. Just go in and get what you want from the counter.
I also spent about 1 hour on hold trying to sort it to be told your hole saw is with the courier, and you should have read the small print.... YouTube and tic tok video to follow.

I ordered a lenovo notebook from wowcher through klarna. It never arrived and now they want me to return the product that never arrived for a refund..
I do not have any other information as it was ordered through klarna 47792405 was order number. I purchased a laptop not a voucher.... TOTAL SCAMMMMM

Not sure about the company overall

Not sure about the company overall, but if they providing the same service as I got then you will not go wrong.
I was a mechanic for about 35 years and Tony arrived to adjust my wheel alignment.
Everything he done was spot on and by the book. Checked tyre pressure all round and the basic checks before adjustment.
Very professional and would totally recommend..

Wish I had read the reviews on here…

Wish I had read the reviews on here first. It doesn't switch on total waste of money and going by the 1 star reviews looks like not a lot will be done.
Update and review..
The dash cam will only record when powered by the vehicle.
If someone hits you when not driving it will not be recorded.
There's no way to view video on your phone, you need to remove sd card to view or remove cam and plug in usb lead.
On the plus side. You can get a lot better..
Also been hounded to change review with a 5% refund..... really...

After a few attempts at getting a cheaper drone. I ended up buying from Drone safe..
Wish I had saved myself the hassle and bought it here from the start.
The service is amazing.and there is alway a reply to your problems if ayou have any.

The product itself was perfect. But paid £4.99 to get it faster which was delayed twice and was about 5 days late .

My second purchase from this company

My second purchase from this company.
Very happy with the products, the only thing was the battery that came with guitar was flat and i thought at first the tuner wasn't working but after replacing battery all was fine.

I decided to get broadband with this…

I decided to get broadband with this company however after about a week the broadband was getting slower and not working at all at times. Spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I eventually sent an email I copied from WHICH saying if this was not resolved within a month I would be cancelling my contract.
A month later I went back to sky.. After installing sky I still had the same problem, called sky who sent an engineer and it turns out it was the micro box where line comes in 20 minutes later my broadband was running perfectly. Now 2 years later they are still chasing me for over £200 which has been passed to a debt collection agency.. The are lying cheating Scum. AVOID AVOID AVOID.. Worst customer service ever..

Product is excellent and does what it says. The order took a few weeks to arrive, but I did email them and got a response saying they had more orders that expected. But my shipment was being picked by the courier and would arrive.. And it did.. Overall. Happy with them and easy to set up.. Just follow the instructions 😊
