I ordered a personalised book for my newborn nephew and I couldn’t love the book more. My brother and his fiancée also loved the book and I can’t wait to read it with my gorgeous nephew! Absolutely recommend this company. The book was perfect and the personalisation of his name, my name and pictures is such a lovely touch.

Easy to book, easy to park. Book in advance and you’ll get a good rate vs waiting until last minute or on the day. Always use long stay parking as prefer to keep my keys with me.

Easy to book online and reasonable prices but obviously cheaper the earlier you book. Easy to park up, jump on bus and get to terminal.

After receiving an email last week stating my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday, I asked to change my delivery date to Wednesday as I knew I would be home. So why you delivered on Monday (2 days before my request) is beyond me. You even sent me an email last week acknowledging that I had changed the delivery date. You then leave it in a ‘safe place’ despite me not designating one as I don’t have one. You made a note on the delivered email that you had left it in my front porch. I don’t have a front porch. So you left it leaning against my front door in full view of the pavement and road which is a high traffic area where anyone could when stolen it. Thankfully my neighbour spotted it and took it in for safe keeping. Absolutely useless. Why ask customers to confirm delivery details if you’re not going to follow them? Had I known that the courier company was Yodel I would have arranged for delivery to the store I purchased from as that would have been more secure!

Absolutely love my new side unit. It’s a beautiful piece. Not entirely perfect but nothing that is noticeable.

However, the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the instructions were not as easy as the description online implied. I couldn’t work out how to put it together so had to wait for a friend to help me.

Secondly, the delivery team left a lot to be desired. They came at 06:30 (seriously) and rushed in and left my unit in the kitchen as requested. However they didn’t wipe their feet and left dirt all over my carpet which took ages to clean (I asked them if they’d come round the back and straight into kitchen but they insisted on coming in the front door). After they left I realised they had left the unit upside down (despite the label on the side saying which way up it should be) and according to the online delivery details they were also supposed to unpack it for me. I couldn’t turn the box the right way up or unpack myself as it was so heavy so had to wait for the weekend and ask my neighbour to help.

So I love the unit but the courier company need some feedback sharing!

First time using InPost for Vinted. Easy to use, drop off and email updates at each stage. Only have one quibble is that my nearest locker is always full so have to go further to drop off. Maybe a second locker at the popular location would be a welcome for users.

I have lots of Monica Vinader pieces. I love their jewellery and I get lots of compliments when wearing it. The customer service is amazing too - whether I’ve gone in-store or online.

Got text in the morning that package would be delivered that day but no idea on what time as no delivery slot provided. What happened to the delivery window you were giving customers a couple of years ago? Shame you got rid of the tracking too as that was helpful for planning day.

Absolutely love this protein. So tasty and doesn’t leave a chalky taste like some do. I make a protein shake for after my gym sessions and make delicious overnight oats for breakfast too. Great value and I love that I can buy refill bags for my empty jar. Chocolate is my favourite but have to say all flavours I’ve tried are yummy!

Kudos to Yodel! Fantastic experience with two separate deliveries over the past week. I’ve had bad experiences with Yodel in the past but they have massively improved their technology and introduced tracking. This is a huge help and has allowed me to plan my day as the tracker gives you a delivery window. This allows me to pop out and run errands knowing I won’t miss the delivery. Well done Yodel!

Compared to my last experience with Yodel this was miles better. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have implemented a live tracker so you can see where the driver is and how far down the schedule you are. It makes managing your day so much easier.

I love the Tice furniture set I bought. It looks great and is the perfect size for my little garden. I do think the instructions to put the table together need to be a little clearer. When I put it together the table was very wonky and needed a lot of adjusting to get it level.

My other quibble is that I didn’t rate the delivery team very much. They delivered the item to my garden but did not unpack it like they were supposed to nor let me check it before they left. When I queried this they said they would mark it as ‘unchecked by customer’. When they emailed me the delivery confirmation it said I refused them unpacking and checking (which I didn’t). Maybe rethink which delivery company you use especially given the price the customers pay for delivery.

I only get my travel money from Best Foreign Exchange. The rates are always more competitive and I like that I can order online in the morning and collect that afternoon. So handy. I just wish you had a branch closer to where I live rather than just central London.
