Delivery was made within a few days of ordering. The deliverymen know where to go, top up the oil and put a chit through the letterbox. Easy.

I went to check my oil gauge one day and discovered the arrow had fallen off. Really useful. On the advice of the company which installed my oil tank, I ordered a new gauge from Oil Tank Supermarket, which arrived within the stated time. I was still apprehensive about changing the gauge, but all I had to do was to unscrew the cap, pull out the old gauge, drop in the little bottle and screw in the new gauge. It was that simple and I now have a working gauge again. The oil level isn't brilliant, but at least the gauge works.

My last order was made on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Deliveries aren't always that quick, but your order will be delivered at the earliest opportunity. The driver knows where the oil tank is, so completes the delivery and puts the ticket in the door, so you don't even need to be disturbed. I've been with Ford Fuels for a few years and have always found them to be reliable, helpful and trustworthy.

A very basic cooker, but it still does what's needed. It's like going back in time: no clock, no timer, etc., but it cooks and that's the main thing. Even after a few months I'm still trying to manage the hob rings; they take a while to heat up but, depending on what I'm cooking, I can frequently turn the hob off and it cooks away quite happily without any extra heat. Very easy to wipe around the hob area with a damp cloth to keep it clean. Fan oven also takes a while to heat and is a bit noisy, but heat spreads around the oven as it should. Grill/plate warmer area at the top is the opposite: it makes no noise at all, but again it does what is needed.

Paperwork arrived in plenty of time and I was able to complete payment for the insurance online, which made it so easy.

Yet again parcel was misdelivered. Drivers should follow directions purposely put on your website to stop this happening.

Sharon was extremely helpful. She helped me sort out my two problems (getting online and whether or not I am in an area which can use a Smart meter). She was always very polite, courteous and I couldn't have asked for more.

He immediately put me in touch with SFL Wealth Management, a firm of financial advisers, who have already agreed to listen to my needs and tell me the best way to get the most from my pension.

Having, as usual, forgotten to pay for the car insurance, I received a call from a lady at Chris Knott Insurance to remind me. Payment made over the phone and documents received the next day. Very reasonable price too.

The person I chatted with about the problem with my TV seemed to have a good idea of the problem and was very helpful. Some of the people I've chatted with lead you all round the houses and you still don't always get a sensible answer, but Kauthar was great. Has sent me an email with info on, hopefully, how to solve my problem.
